Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Delaware

There were no signs stating you had to order and pay for ice cream at the Dunkin’ Donuts counter. I found this out after waiting for some time at the Ice cream counter until I was asked for my receipt. So I place my order at the DD counter not having a clue how to place the order because the menu for ice cream is back at the other counter. When I place an order for 5 scoops, they ring me up for only 3 (I had my 3 kids with me at the time and I had no clue how much anything was). Of course I didn’t realize this until I handed my receipt at the ice cream counter. So I had to go back to the DD counter to order again. When I get to the ice cream counter to pick out my order I am told that waffle cones are extra. So I’m not sure how I was suppose to know any of this when I ordered. If they don’t have the flavors you want after you already paid for it,...

On vacation went to Baskin & Robbins at about 8pm. Walked in & there was no.one in the store. There were 4 employees working. I stood in front of the icecream counter & the employees walked by at least 12 times. Not one time did any of the 4 acknowledge me. Again I'm the only person in the store. Finally after 15 minutes I asked a female Hispanic woman to wait in me..she said she couldn't. This went on for another 10 minutes. Finally I told her if she didnt wait on me I was going to call the owner. She still passed me by. We eventually got waited on but It was a struggle. I will never go back to this...

THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! We ordered an ice cream at the drive through and were then charged $3 more than what the advertised price, who didn't tell us the price until after he already swiped my credit card. After we showed photos to the drive through clerk (who was exceptionally rude) we were told we would have to call a manager the next day for a refund. When we called they told us we would have to come back to the store. Since we don't live in the area this is not possible and no solution was offered. It's a nice setup to charge you more than what they advertise....
