Bona Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

I’ve ordered here since I moved here a couple years ago. Today I am absolutely baffled by the absolute disrespect & ignorance I dealt with when simply trying to place a to go order. Just minutes ago I called trying to plave an order. My little sister was calling Bc I was busy at the moment. She was getting complete attitude from Maria (I believe that’s her name Bc I go in all the time) Bc she had bad service & couldn’t understand her. When I called back I was getting straight ignorance when I was trying to figure out the issue from before. She wanted to continue being rude but I kept my cool while I figured out that my aunts card didn’t have enough on it to cover the rest of the bill. So I handed the phone to my aunt so she could give Maria her other card info. While she was looking up the info Maria was on the phone rushing my aunt saying that we were “holding up the line” & needed to “hurry up”. So when my aunt was ready to read off her number Maria cut her off & said she needed to wait now. So my aunt said u just rushed me but now ur not ready which is when Maria decided to say “you have one more chance before I cancel your order” at which point my aunt hung up. I don’t understand why she felt the need to have constant attitude just bc of minor misunderstandings. All I can say is idk if I’m gonna go back...

Have gone there several times now when we come down to the shore. The pizza is great which is why we have continued to go back. We have always gotten our sandwiches like italian hoagie and cheesesteaks up the street from another spot. This time it was 5:30 pm and the other place closes at 6 and wouldn't answer the phone (now you know who Im talking about) so we decided to try Bonas cheesesteaks,meatball parm, and Italian hoagie. Well, we now have a new favorite spot to get those from. They were all delicious! Combine that with the great service you get from the staff there the very reasonable prices and this should be your go to spot...

Im going to start off with Bona has the best pizza in the area, hands down. I'd also like to mention they are closed on Mondays, and that is for the people who r upset that they can not reach any1 to take their order and rank Bona with 1*. Now, back to my review🙂.All of the toppings r fresh, tasty, and abundant. They are very generous with their toppings. I either get a large 4 toppings with pepperoni, sausage, green pepper and onions, or the stuffed pizza containing pepperoni and cooked steak, green peppers and onions.
