Old World Breads — Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach

I truly hate to do it…. Let me start off by saying I’m a bit salty that some of the old go to places have closed and happy that new ones have taken their place…. Truly am!

Ordered several items… flatbread pizza…. No brainer!!!

Then the shrimp roll…. So I wish I took a photo… it’s a hot dog roll with 3 small/medium size shrimp cut in half and dressed with a small amount of mayo and oil…. I mean it’s exactly as advertised… minus flavor or seasoning…. And for $14 you sorta hope for better…

Ordered other sandwiches and bread, nothing bad or good enough to remember…. Hopefully I caught them on an off day and can...

As I sit here eating a lemon donut from Old World Breads that evokes memories of Sunday morning donuts as a child living in Brooklyn, I can give yet another reason why living in Delaware has it's benefits. We were so glad to see Old World Breads come to the Long Neck area of Sussex County. We had been going to their original location in Lewes for years but it was a hike to get there. If you are in the area and want high quality, pastries and breads and friendly service come to this unique bakery. They are not cheap, but for that you always have the chain grocery stores.
