I usually come here at times to buy coffee when I was living in Wilmington today while I’m in the area I go there and I Asked for a medium mocha macchiato I added on more stuff and they did ask me a couple times. Do I want an iced? I said, yes, and he said OK a medium iced macchiato and I said mocha iced macchiato medium, and for some reason they gave me this really nasty ass macchiato with no flavor to it. There’s no mocha at all in it. I was just trusting it I know mocha is brown and it was white and I didn’t even second-guess it. I thought they heard me And it is the most disgusting thing. It’s nothing but unsweetened coffee at the top with ice and oat milk on the bottom.

How did you expect someone to drink this with no flavor after I mentioned it twice to you that I wanted a medium iced mocha macchiato

The sandwich was fine and whatever else I ordered was fine but how do you mess up on something that is six dollars and I can’t even enjoy it and I was already on the bridge going back to Jersey

When I get home, I’m gonna add some sugar to it, but I want my six dollars back or whenever I go there again I want a free coffee because this is very disturbing...

I love this store! My family moved to New Castle in November last year and for the first 5 months I still went to my old Dunkin in Boothwyn, PA but with gas prices being outrageous, I tried the one next to Wawa on Rt. 13 but my coffee never tasted right so then I decided to try this location and I just love it. The employees are so so so friendly! My coffee is always made just how I like it from my first visit! Never a disappointment. They now officially know me lol. My husband went in to order a week or so ago because the app wasn't letting me add funds and when he was stating my order, they asked 'for Colleen?' 😂 I love it. I've noticed a lot of Dunkins are generally nicest to their regulars but not new customers but never experienced that here. They were wonderful from the get go. And today the woman who is usually in the drive thru saw me and said Hi Colleen! I like that color (my lipstick). I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend 🥰

I went to this location this morning as I do about 3-4 days per week. I usually get the same order but today I decided to try stuffed bagels for the first time! After ordering the bagels, I noticed that there was an option for plain or everything, so when I arrived to the window I simply asked “is it everything bagel”. The female employee immediately became defensive and said that I ordered plain and that “it was my fault”. So unnecessary and uncalled for. I cancelled my order and I was then humiliated and insulted. I went inside to speak to the owner who wanted to just give me a free order, which I declined. I’ve been to this location regularly and I’ve several times that the employees are jovial and warm with white patrons but very cold and aloof towards black customers. I was even told by a colleague to not go to this specific location for that specific reason. Today, this place made me regret every penny I’ve ever spent here. I have called corporate and will contact whoever necessary to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They have lost a...
