I love this place. I drive from Newark just to come to them! On top of my subs always being AMAZING (I always get fresh turkey) the staff is so kind!! We got dinner from them last night, and it was so good I went back tonight. While we were there my 3 year old was getting ansty so we let him out of his car seat. Somewhere through this he lost my old phone he plays with (old iPhone). We didn’t realize til we got home. I called to see if we could check the parking lot. The lady who answered the phone wasted no time going out and walking around the parking lot looking for the phone DURING THEIR SUPER BUSY DINNER RUSH! Although the phone was not there, she was SO FRIENDLY AND KIND and took my info in case someone turned it in. We ended up finding the phone and I did call to let them know but she was so sweet for even taking time to look. I live within a 8 minute drive to 3 other Country maids but I will ALWAYS drive the 20 minutes to this one because of the...
Read moreThe white Asian looking man is very rude and disrespectful. I came in with my kids when leaving he filled my bag so heavy it ripped out by my car. My spaghetti sauce splattered everywhere glass broke on my 7 year old daughter foot. When I went back in ask for paper towels he had an attitude and said I would have to walk to the back tog at some to buy. I said I just need a couple napkins to wipe sauce of my child’s foot then with an attitude he had a roll right in front t of him. So when I asked if I could please replace the jar of sauce he said u have to pay for it I brought my recipe and even cleaned all the glass up and put inside trash. I’m hurting for money and only had a few dollars to get sauce and couple things for dinner for my kids! He was rude and I will never come back there! And I have been coming there for a while he needs a new job if he’s going to be rude to...
Read moreAbout the only reason I don't give it 4 stars is the fact that at least 1 of their lunch meats is advertised as $5.99 lb, but rings up at $6.49 a pound, which is illegal. Have brought it to their attention numerous times over the past year, but not been fixed. May not seem like much, but think about it, even with a conservative estimate of 10 persons buying 1 lb a week over a year, is $130 a year taken from their customers. Even paying $6.49 a lb is great, along with their other prices being great, it is still deceptive advertising for a lower price. Prepared items have always been good and priced well, and they have been open when I've needed items because they...
