McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

I know a lot of reviews on here are shaming on McDonald's in the how this location particularly doesn't do their job. After the remodel things got a little better, third shift does an excellent job with what they do. They try to take on the responsibility of the whole Store with only three people working and they do a great job doing it. I don't normally go through McDonald's during the daytime with first or second shift so I can't really give any feedback on that shift but I am a regular and I go there once a night and everything I get is usually fresh and the three employees that work there mainly during third shift are wonderful to me. I hope to be coming back to them more and more because they are quick, friendly, and do their job amazingly. I know on the window at the drive-thru it says they are only open until 11 p.m. but that is old they are 24 hours and the drive-thru and would love for more people to come and eat their food. They serve lunch until 4:30 a.m. and then they switch over to full breakfast. But they do serve sausage McMuffins, Egg McMuffins, Sausage Egg McMuffins, hash browns, sausage burrito, and other select breakfast items during the day. Don't just shame McDonald's and think they are a bad company because of what you walk into during the daytime. That shouldn't reflect on third shift. Easily the worst McDonald's I've been to in my entite life. Not only is it bad and EXTREMELY slow, it's both of those more consistently than anything I know. Been stopping by here occasionally for the past 2 years, only because it's the only McDonald's on this side of Delaware, and never have I once waited less than 10 minutes for my food. Whether in the drive through or inside, busy or not. Always slower than a snail. All the employees, including the manager do nothing but stand around and not solve problems while continuing to ask you if you have everything. Then when you tell them what you're waiting on they do nothing about it. This poor older gentleman was complaining about waiting 20 minutes for his food to which no one seemed to do anything about. Fast food surely isn't 20 minute food. Even in the slowest of days you can make anything in this establishment in under 5 minutes. On top of that nobody helped him until he asked for a manager. Do not waste your time here, ever.

EDIT: Renovating the building and installing new technology DOES NOT fix the un-matching slow and poor service. I was the only person there during slow hours and there were at least 6 employees working. Still waited over 10 minutes for my food while more than half of the workers socialized...

Mostly a clean store inside an out . Service could be a little faster but who dont want faster service at a fast food restaurant right ! Mostly nice employees I've personally encountered a few that definitely shouldn't be working anywhere that requires you to preform any customer service but I've also encountered a few managers that worked very well to fix any issues I had. I've noticed this store doesn't charge for extra mayo but I was recently at another McDonald's on state route 161 an asked for extra mayo thinking because I ordered a sandwich that had it already on it that it would be no issue but then noticed they wanted to charge me $0.50 ( fifty cents ) more an although fifty cents isnt slot or even enough to argue about with the lady I had to inquire why the fee an I was informed that any condiments was a fee regardless of them already being on your sandwich . Guess this isn't Burger King where I can have it my way lol. But anyways she said it was treated the same as if I was asking for sweet an sour or bbq sauce an therefore I would be charged accordingly. Well thank goodness this McDonald's on Sinclair doesn't charge for extra mayo so just beware an informed . Over all it's a...
