Unbelievable “customer service”. I received a pizza with hair on it. Ok, happens. My issue came when after I already did carry out for my pizza with hair on it... I called and asked for a new one to be delivered. Standard practice.
The manager tells me no, it is against their policy to do so. My options were to drive back to the store, for their error, or be given a credit for a future pizza. I explained we planned on eating the pizza for dinner that night and simply wanted a replacement. He said I can’t just send a driver out with a free pizza, I would need a ticket in the system, you can return the one you have and receive a replacement. I said I think you can... I’ve seen it happen. You can enter the ticket as free and send a replacement, I’m happy to give this one to the driver.
He asked which option he offered I preferred. I said I’m not comfortable with either option. So he said “ok well I’m just going to put the credit in the system for next time.”
How does he think there will be a next time? I verified with him that he is the store manager of that location and he claimed he was.
I called another papa johns and asked if this was in fact the new policy. They said no it’s not. So that location will be getting any...

The first time I went it took about 10 minutes for them to figure out how to enter my coupon in the register. Then I had to listen o the staff yelling back and forth at each other. The second visit was uneventful. A few minutes ago I decided to pick up a pizza on the way home. I had a "Carry Out" special coupon so I presented it to the cashier. He refused to honor the coupon because he said I had to order online. He stood his ground and refused to accept the Papa Johns coupon. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. That was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you don't mind fighting staff and management that couldn't care less about the customer then here's the place for you. Read moreThis might sound mean but it has to be said. This place is DIRTY, there is no nice way to say anything else. Not a single glove, hairnet or hand washing going on here at all. Watched employees literally dropping boxes on the floor and the roller, to be picked up and used again. No rinsing, no washing, no basic hygiene at all.
To make matters worse if you pay in cash they will handle the money and immediately go back to making pizza.
Service is SLOW and if you try and ask about your order sitting on the shelf of finished orders they present they didn't hear you or worse act like you are a bother to them.
Place has steadily gone downhill, but this last experience may be my last.
Food is good if you manage to get it hot because it will sit for 1/2 hour on the shelf before they get to you to give it. Even if the order...
