Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

My husband and I were there a couple weeks ago and got take out. We ordered ribs, a Harvest Salad, a chicken cheese steak with mushrooms and fried onions, French fries, onion rings, a piece of cheese cake and a piece of that Italian Lemon Creme cake that is seriously food for the gods. The ribs were very plentiful and tender, the bar b que sauce was real good.. they were excellent. The Harvest Salad was something else...we had so much to eat the first evening, we put it in the fridge. We didn't eat it till the second night, and we expected it to be mushy. We decided to have it for a midnight snack and it was awesome! Everything was still crunchy, even the lettuce. It has just the right amount of every ingredient...and the dressing that came with it, Balsamic Vinaigrette, was perfect for that salad. The only thing, they should include 2 of those little cups of dressing. The cheesesteak was good...although there were a couple pieces that seemed like gristle in the meat. I've had chicken cheese steak from here before and never had that in the meat. French fries and onion rings were ok...they should put them in some other kind of container, the one they use with a lid on top makes the fries soggy, if you want them crispy, like me, just put them in the oven for a bit. The cheesecake was so good, but the Italian Lemon Creme cake is so good I can't describe it....just melt in your mouth creamy goodness. We will definitely get take...

I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and a half party pizza. I wanted bacon and extra cheese on the medium. As you can see from the picture there is very little bacon on it. Most of the slices do not have bacon. It is only thrown in the middle of the pizza. I called the store and spoke with Shania. I advised her that this was the second time I ordered bacon and there was none on it.. She said that they portion it out. I said I understand that but bacon should be on the whole pizza.. she said we throw it on the pizza. I asked to speak with a manager. She said that she was the manager. I said ok I will have to do a review and she said that was fine. I am not sure what is happening to seasons. This is the second seasons that I have had a problem with and they do not care if they loose customers. There are other pizza places out there. I have ordered from them alot because I live close but they're service and customer service has went down so I will not be going back. If you want to taste toppings then stay...

I have never dined in a Season's Pizza. But my takeout experience is always a good one. The ladies that take my order are very courteous and professional. They are about their business and it shows in their tone of delivery.

My food has never been an issue. I guess maybe the wings could use a little work. My mom always complains that sometimes, they may sauce them to coat, and other times they just pour sauce to cover. There's a difference in the flavor make-up when doing one way vs another.

My son and I enjoy our custom pepperoni, meatball, and ricotta pizza. And my cheese steak is of good quantity of meat and cheese ratio. I'll keep ordering as long as y'all keep up the great work!

Update: Not sure who was making the pizzas but it looked like they dialed it back. My ricotta on my pizza looked like they just squeezed it out of a thin toothpaste tube. Didn't look like the amazing quality they usually do. Y'all falling off? If so tell me. I'll stop...
