DO NOT go to this location if you expect even remotely decent service. The problem starts with the manager and works its way down. 2 days in a row I have gone in and made a simple request...I wanted the meatballs on "The Boss" to be subbed for chicken to recreate an old MENU ITEM known as the "Chicken Pizziola". The first day there were 3 employees standing around at 5 pm in an empty store. They seemed absolutely clueless. So I went in today, looking to see the manager and get my sandwich, as well as to offer a teaching moment for her staff. See...I was a district manager for Subway for years. This request is one that corporate would have told us to honor 10/10 times. But instead of satisfying her customer (I'll note, the store was AGAIN empty...this time at 1pm) she proceeded to yell at me, tell me I dont know what im talking about, refuse to give me her DMs number, told me I could find corporate number and store number myself and asked me to leave. So I took a picture of their certificate to get the store number and asked her name (cause she wasn't wearing her nametag). She said they were out of name tags. So I took a picture of her as well and began to walk out of the store. This ENRAGED her so she grabbed the phone and called 911 (as I was leaving, mind you) and told them there was an irate customer who had a gun (I open carry). So I disarmed and waited outside my vehicle for the police to show up so I could address the situation directly and nor have them chase me down and pull me over if she lied on me. Had a great chat with the officers, they went in and she screamed to them for 10 minutes, and they proceeded to come out and tell me I dod nothing wrong but she was having me trespassed and I cant return. Read moreI went into subway to order 2 footlongs. The young lady that was making my order was very polite and attentive. The manager decides to get up from her chair and I already knew there was going to be a up charge on one of subs because I wanted 2 different cheeses and she decided to say you know it’s an extra charge? I said yes i know. She has the nastiest attitude with me. As I was continuing to place my order, mind you I am a multi racial woman. Here comes in a Caucasian man, and she asked him was he picking up an order and he said yes. She then proceeded to be sweet and polite to him. Telling him to have a good day and all. At that moment I felt for the first time in my life racially profiled. That was the most terrible first time experiencing something like that.
