I called to order my wings in advance of my arrival. I was told 15 mins. I walked into an empty store where two of the only employees were busy on their cell phones.
I gave the young man my name and number and said I was here to pick up my order that I called in. After taking my money, he walks in the back to put my ticket on the shelf. The older woman then proceeded to put my wings in the fryer.
I asked the young man if those were the wings I ordered ahead, and suddenly, he could not speak or understand what i was asking. He was the same person I spoke to on the phone and had the ability to communicate well while on the phone, but in person acted confused when I inquired about my order.
I explained I called ahead and placed my order, at which point i was told 15 minutes. I can appreciate that the food was fresh, but what is the point of calling ahead if I was going to get the same service if I just walked in. His answer I forgot to put your order in.
I understand that while a store is busy, the phones are ringing non-stop, and many people are waiting for food. However, the store was empty and quiet, and no food was being cooked at all!
Management needs to think about who they hire. The store was empty so how can you forget to place one order? To top it off, my wings were undercooked slathered in sauce that tasted nothing like garlic Parmesan. I had to go home and use my air fryer to make sure I didn't get Salmonilla poison from undercooked food. I live 20 minutes away and was not in the mood to drive back.
I won't be back and will make sure I let everyone know how this store needs to be shut down. I should have read the other reviews before placing an order. There are other places to get wings. Aside from the auto message they place under the comments, I can guarantee nothing will be done. Save yourself a trip and stay away from this...

I walk in to pick it up about 15-20 minutes later and the manager ( grey hair grey shirt probably in his 50s?) just chillin leaning on the register doesn’t greet me or anything not even a smile. he’s literally chewing on ice. This nice young woman stops what she’s doing to come help me. I told her I called in an order. They can’t find it. That was on me. I placed it at the wrong place. I asked if I could just order at this store because I am on lunch break and the manager guy finally decides to speak for the first time and just goes “no, you need to go pick it up from there..” I understand food waste and all of that I truly do, however as a manager you gotta use your judgement when it comes to things like this.I asked if I could please place it because I only have so much time on break.. Instead I received nothing but attitude and deep frustrated sighs He then ordered the girl to call the other location and see if it was made yet to decide if he was going to let me order or not.. Get back in the store she makes the wrong order I then said I just wanted a refund she stated I had to do it online. So I asked her if she could just make the ones I had ordered. Did you see on the camera me giving back 2 sets of traditional and one set of boneless then receiving back all 3 traditional?
