UPDATE: My 4-star love affair with this place just got dumped to a measly 1 star. I felt like I was choking on a chicken bone when I saw the price of 20 wings SKYROCKET 38% IN ONE WEEK! Feels like a classic bait-and-switch, and Iâm not here for it. The staff... What happened management? Theyâre not winning any employee-of-the-month awards, and that's on you. One night, the music was cranked so loud I had to lip-read the cashier, and trust me, it wasnât exactly âkid-friendlyâ music either. How can any, much less every, employee there think that was an acceptable vibe? Trying to call in an order? Good luckâeither youâre blasted with a piercing tone that will shatter your eardrum or left on perpetual, "We'll be right with you," purgatory. Yeah, you can order on the website, but you canât request âextra wetâ wings without calling. Oh, wait, you canât call anymore. Pro tip: don't put the bag of wings on your car seat unless you fancy extra wet upholstery. And hold the bag from the bottom or your wings will take a parking lot dive. They seem to get the bag "extra wet" everytime.
How this place went from hero to zero so fast is stupefying. I used to be a 4x-a-month regular, but now? If Iâm shelling out that kind of cash for 3/5 wings, Iâm heading to Papa Giuseppeâs 5/5, where they appreciate and treat you like family everytime, or Delray Hideaway, with wings worthy of a cult following. Does management want Wingstop to fail? What a letdown.
Original review: For $20, you get 20 wings, which is a solid deal. I'd rate their buffalo wings a 6.5/10. They weren't overcooked, but the sizes varied. The buffalo sauce was decent but nothing special. To the management: the young woman working the register late on July 3rd was outstandingâgenuinely kind, efficient, and friendly. Sheâs a keeper and the highlight of the visit. With late hours, fair prices, and decent wings, Wingstopâs earned a spot in my...
Read moreA Word of Caution for Uber Eats Customers
As a top-rated, 5-star Uber Eats driver, I want to share an experience that highlights how poorly this location values its customers and delivery partners. I had a double order for two customers, yet after 25 minutes of waiting, the food was still not ready. Out of courtesy, I updated both customers to apologize for the delay.
When I approached the Manager to explain that if they cannot properly service Uber Eats orders, they should reconsider being on the platform (especially given the delivery fees customers pay), I was shocked by his response. Rather than apologizing or addressing the issue, he asked me to leave the restaurant entirelyâshowing no regard for the customers still waiting for their meals.
From what I observed, even the in-store customers looked dissatisfied with the slow service. It was clear the Manager lacked both leadership and customer service skills, which are critical in this industry. Drivers like myself often go above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of, yet this establishment showed no respect for that effort.
If you order here, expect long waits and frustration. In contrast, I recommend Nanaâs Noodlesâeven when theyâre busy, their leadership ensures orders are prepared efficiently, and Iâve never had to wait.
If this is how Wingstop allows its franchise managers to operate, they wonât be receiving my...
Read moreSad I canât even give a decent score for this place because if anything 5 stars go out to the ONLY employee that was working there. Young guy with glasses was working the fryer, cashier, ambassador, and STILL taking orders with top tier attitude despite being left to run someone else business solo. Kudos to you brother. Such a crappy establishment for even thinking this is ok . I can tell you one thing - this is a prime example of how you lose great hard working people that actually care about their job . So unfortunate to see. Close this place down asap ! This guy working will for sure find a company that honors the customer service and dedication he provides sooner than later I can promise you that. Review those cameras ! Top tier customer service...
