I just came from this store and am quite upset about the experience I had - I have been shopping at this location since it opened - now I know that your cashiers move the wagon after they put the products in so they can start checking the next person - even before I have paid. Today however, was extremely disconcerting - I had my handbag on the seat portion of the wagon - open and my wallet on top - this cashier pushed my wagon out of the way so he could get the "store" wagon - i went to pull it back and he continued to push it away - out of my reach and my handbag and wallet in to middle of the area - I then grabbed it and said I want my handbag near me. I found his attitude totally unprofessional, irritating, inconsiderate and "I don't give a hoot".
The other thing I find about your operation is that you have a place for 5 cashiers - yet there is usually only ONE cashier working until the line goes halfway back the store and then someone comes out to work another register - usually rushing thru the process, like this young man today.
I like many of the products you have and the prices are also excellent, however some of the people you have working in this particular store need an attitude adjustment, especially the young man from my experience this morning - now for his name - it is Dyllen. This is not the 1st time I've seen him do something inappropriate, but today was the "straw that broke the camels back" and that is why I am writing this.
I hope that something is done with this young man - I know that in the future I will check out with another cashier should he be...
Read moreGreat chanes. More and more non gmo organic!!! Can't wait for the superfood beet and kale salsa. They have seasonal items so make it worth to come in every time. This location is small but carries a lot of staff. Best vegetable chips and sweet potatoe chips. No dextrose or anything added. Just sea salt. I mean great products. Good variety of whole grain breads, non gmo verified organic. Great basic cheese choices. Shopping is fast, it's not like walmart, publix, costco, farmers markets. In and out. Every week new specials starting from wednesday. Cashiers are amazing and fast. Need to have a quarter for a cart. Take bags with you or take some boxes. There is a lot I not interested there due to vegan diet but they have cheep grass fed new Zealand beef ground which is sustanible and better for you then regular, not organic and not grass fed. I buy what is in season, what looks good. Now, it is sweet potatoes, pumkin, pomergranate season, garlic, zuccini. Just finished watermelon season. They had local seeded, seedless, round, long. Oh summer was fun. Cheep great blueberries, organic banana for cheep, grape tomatoes for cheep, avocado. Pickled produce like sourcraft from Germany and olives from Greece is just amazing. Check it out couple times. Might like it. I love also Traders Joes for same reason, small, but...
Read moreAugust 2025 update; Though the quality has gotten significantly better over the years and the employees are heros (tough job & their pandemic efforts), watch your products carefully. After this week , I won't trust the "thoroughly washed" labels on veggies anymore (see new pic). Granted all companies have issues selling fresh foods. But you can call most stores to tell them they have a problem with a product. Aldi is almost impossible to contact. Luckily so far just bugs, but if there is a major health concern many customers won't know for a long time. I hold back a star due to not being able to contact Aldi quickly to inform about product issues.
Old review: Well if price is your main concern in food shopping and quality and convenience are not important, then this Aldi is for you. I'm not very impressed with cleanliness, smells of open old foods, or slow checkout lines.
In just 8 months they have really upped their game. More fruits & vegetables. Wide range of fair trade food. Unfortunately, they just distribute and no one knows where the food comes from, per customer service. Store looks the same, and staff really moves the lines. Watch out publix...
