McDonald's — Restaurant in Delta

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but unfortunately I can’t. I went through the drive thru tonight, I ordered 2 hot and spicys, one McDouble, and a small fry. My fries were cold and hard and the sandwiches were dry, cold, and also hard. I called to complain and the lady I spoke with replied with “so what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for a refund and she stated “you need to bring in all the food for me to see”. I got back in my car and drove back only for every single employee other than the guy in the back window to be beyond rude. They stood there and laughed and were making rude comments about my aunt and I. They told me I wasn’t able to get a refund because half of my McDouble was gone. I politely asked them if they could just give me a refund for everything else and just take the McDouble off since it’s was halfway gone. They gave me $4, my total was $8. I asked them why I only got a refund of $4 and they basically told me to leave. I had 4 of the workers in the window yelling at me. I will never return to this location ever again. This place should be shut down. Every time I’ve tried to eat here my order is either wrong, they forget something, the food is disgusting, and I get treated like an inconvenience. I know it's been in Delta since I was young but the building still looks great on the outside (maybe it's been redone, I don't know) and when I ran into go potty before hitting the drive thru I noticed a new to me playplace and it appeared to be decently maintained/cleanish--although I wasn't there long and may have overlooked built on grime so please forgive me if my quick glance is not a true representation

I usually go thru the drive thru as I pick up food for other people, I am unable to eat my favorite McDonald's foods because I am gluten free for medical reasons and sadly after doing some research I found even their fries have gluten which is 0 stars, I do not recommend.

I need to be honest, I would give anything for a gluten free version of the big Mac

I have been known to get a fruit slush or whatever it is they sell and those are good

Overall my only real complaint is that I can't eat there due to all the gluten, but otherwise 3 stars because everything...

Gave this store the benefit of the doubt and went there three times. First time we arrived after 6am (sign below says opens at 6am) to order food. Both the drive through and lobby were closed/locked while there were staff present inside. We went to the drive through window and finally one of the team member open the drive through window and said, “I’m having problems with the computer come back after 9am. Later that afternoon we came back and had lunch. We also spoke with the manager on duty while we were there and she stated, “sorry about that, but we will be open at 6am tomorrow morning”. We returned the next morning at 6:10 am and all the lights were on but the doors were locked and the drive thru was closed. There were staff present inside and when we waited by the door. The team member inside saw us standing there, but decided to turn her back and disappeared out of eye sight. Very poor service from one of the few places that are open at that time of...
