Okay, here goes. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I'll start with the greeting. There were 2 employees in the store. I later found out their names are Raelynn/Raylynn, (not sure of the spelling) and Ashleigh/Ashley, (again, not sure of the spelling). We (I was with a friend) entered the store to be greeted by "We are only taking cash, no cards." One of the 2 girls, yes girls, was playing with the meat slicer, for whatever reason. I was trying to decide what I wanted and the one on the cash register was rushing us to decide what we wanted to eat. I decided on the Philly Steak with onions, peppers, cheese and mayo and asked that they hold the cheese and the mayo. The first thing the sandwich maker did was put cheese on my sandwich and was annoyed that I said to remove it as I am allergic to cheese. The other sandwich that my friend ordered was questionable as the girl didn't even think to ask if he wanted lettuce, tomatoes, etc. I noticed there was nothing on his sandwich except the meat and cheese, so I offered up other items for the sandwich. We ordered the "meal deals". I was told by the cashier that with our sandwiches we get either 2 cookies or 1 cookie, a bag of chips and a fountain drink. So, I asked for a bag of chips and 1 cookie. The other girl working in the store shouted out, "No, cookies or chips." So, I settled on a bag of chips. My friend asked for 2 cookies. We got cups for our fountain drinks, and I also ordered a Churro. We got our sandwiches, and I took my cup to the fountain drink area. Two canisters held iced teas: one for unsweetened and one for sweet tea. Someone needs to wash their canisters for tea as these tea canisters had stuff floating in them in the tea and the containers themselves were filthy, so I settled on a soda fountain drink, rather than the tea. I went to a table to sit and eat only to find the table was dirty and the chair had leftover foodstuff from a previous customer. I wiped the table and chair before sitting down to eat. While eating I realized I had not received my churro and as things went, it had never been made for me (apparently, they make them when ordered.) So, I had to ask for it and got an attitude about her having to work a little more for my lunch order.
After I finished eating, I went into the ladies' restroom to wash my hands. The toilet was a disgusting mess. There was black along the rim of the bowl and in the bowl as if it hadn't been cleaned in months, if not years. The sink was dirty and even the paper towel holder had a greasy film on it. I emerged from the restroom and asked the girl, who cleans the restrooms. Her reply was something like, (paraphrasing) The closing shift or closing manager. I said to the girl, "You might want to leave the manager a note to be sure it gets cleaned. The girl became rude and obnoxious, so I gathered my belongings and started to leave. Then I asked for their names and the reply was "NO!!!"
You can derive from my comments that I will not be back to this Subway and I hope everyone takes heed to the most unprofessional, disgusting girls named Raelynn and Ashley to have them removed from Subway. These girls also need to made aware that there are personal shoppers who go around to different places and check out how the employees handle things and how the food is. I may have been one of those personal shoppers, we will never know. BTW, I think they are skimping on the food in the big bread and they don't have ketchup. Really?
Also take note, while I was there, there was a young lady who was having trouble getting a replacement sandwich for her grandfather. The original one was made wrong and these Subway idiots were not very obliging to this girl.
Shame on whoever hired these 2 idiots to work in a customer service environment. People walked out every time they said "Only Cash".
I notice that management/owner doesn't care about the reviews for their business. They have not responded to...
Read moreDON'T order with their app, go through Doordash. Placed a $26 order for two subs and qty 6 cookies...they charged me but forgot my cookies. I called and was told to go through doordash for a refund..I couldn't do that because I used their app to order (they utilize doordash for delivery). I ordered delivery because my vehicle is in the shop for a couple of weeks. Female on phone asked for my name and said they'd refund me. Never did. Called a week later (today) and they said I would have to come in to resolve it, can't do that for a while because of vehicle being repaired so no cookies and they kept my $ won't order from here ever again. I should've ordered from Publix subs are better and better service. They were out of the bread the sub called for and I wanted and my sub had so much dressing it was soaked-through and soggy..I know it sounds like Im just being petty now but they were honestly not good at all, certainly not worth $26. The only reason I did was because I wanted the cookies, which they forgot. And when they do forget something in your order or get it wrong be prepared to drive down there anyway to get a credit/refund...kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering🙄 It is way too $ to order online and not get everything...

This place is staffed with very young females that not only lack professionalism in all avenues and speak and act inappropriately in front of customers but they don't even greet you or acknowledge you're even there. Countless times I have come in to order food and the one person making sandwiches is too busy making online orders to even look your way and many times this is with an additional staff member in the back.
The other day I actually walked out because I was fed up with being understanding with a service so low quality they don't even take the time to at least let you know verbally they'll be with you momentarily. They just go on with making online orders and don't say a word. The only reason I know that's what their doing is because there's been many times I have stood there for ten plus minutes while they fulfill online orders and eventually finally get to the customer (me) that's actually standing there.
A few weeks ago while ordering food a manager was there and actually had to remind his staff member to wash her hands and change her gloves because she was touching her face while making my sandwich.
