My family and I have frequented this location around two times per month over the last couple years. REGULARLY, the staff forgets an item or two (most frequently the cinnamon twists). Since the roll out of the mobile app, I’ve been using that method to order, since it takes a person (variable) out of the equation, and provides less of a chance of order error. Even doing that, the store routinely forgets items or sauces. The quality of food has always been good, which is the only reason we keep going back. Once I receive my food in the drive through, I usually sit there until I verify that all my food is in the bag. Our last visit on 12/27/2021, I checked the bag, saw the cinnamon twists, and what appeared to be the rest of my order, and since there was a line backing up in the drive through, I pulled away without verifying every item. When I got home, one of my burritos was literally open at the bottom of the bag. The nachos were soggy and were disgusting. And apparently I should have checked, because I was missing items. It doesn’t end there. I went back to the store. I was told that because the order was placed through the mobile app, they couldn’t refund the order. I was directed to contact customer service through the app. No number was available, so after submitting my mobile complaint, I found an 800 number for customer care on the internet. He took all my information, and indicated that I would hear something back in the next five business days. Here we are over three weeks later, and nothing. I contacted the store today, and spoke with a female who identified herself as the general manager. She indicated that per Taco Bell policy, they could not provide a refund, and directed me to contact 1-800-TACOBELL. Guess who doesn’t open until 8:00 Pacific Time. I’m done with this horrible store. Read moreI have been going here for about 2 years, but recently it has been bad to the point I do not want to do back. Recently we went through the drive through and ordered with the newer menu. Told them no cheese with the #1(?) regular. They put extra cheese on it. My husband went inside to get it corrected and the only drive thru order maker denied it. Like hard core denied it. Instead of fixing it he handed the front counter woman scissors... Someone that was on break had to come off and make my husband's tacos.
About two week later I recommend getting Taco Bell, but going inside to get it to hopefully avoid the same worker making the same mistake and his horrible customer service. We go in and the same person is working the inside order side. We order, wait, get our food, and has no cheese on husband's tacos. Cool, right? Well we get home and while my husband has no cheese my son and I got nachos. Those nachos had no cheese on them. Have you ever had nachos with no cheese? I might as well ate mortar. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any Taco Bell, which has been a fast food favorite of mine for like 30+ years. She is young, white, mind mannered, small, and has her hair in a pony tail. She almost ALWAYS takes peoples orders during the day.
This person gives Taco Bell a bad name. She is SO STRICT about the sauce packets that she refuses to give more than 1 or two packets per item, no matter what you ask, even if it is reasonable - then if you check your bag and say hey - that is not the 6 or 8 sauces I asked for (for two items) - she ARGUES about Taco Bell policy! This makes me NOT want to go back here again. She is making you lose customers. She has been argumentative about packets for a long time.
Why do they ask how many sauces if then at the end they send you on your way WITHOUT what you asked for intentionally? I pay so much to TB per month and I even buy the sauce jars from the grocery store a lot; why do you allow someone to make your establishment look cheap? Because I USE exactly what I ask for, I do NOT appreciate some jerk deciding that I am only allowed to use 1 or 2 packets for my burrito or taco when I LITERALLY use 3-4!
