Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dement Township

Update 04/14/23- I understand being busy and understaffed but this place is just getting worse and worse. I ordered a giant slim that comes with just ham and cheese and i got no cheese. I asked for mayo... Got none... Asked for my sandwich to be cut... It wasnt. I hate to be the person to pick on little things but it was very annoying. I dont know the name of the manager i spoke to but he was very calm and very kind. Anytime ive called and complained he was the only one to actual listen and care. I could tell by the strain in his voice he was having a rough day but i really appreciate him taking the time to speak to me and help make this right. I would have given 1 star but the manager is the reason it has 2

2021-I dont order delivery much. But i always tio the driver when i do. But i asked for my sandwhich cut in half and requested mayo and napkins and didnt get any of those things. I am not eating a dry sandwich cuz i dont have mayo at home which is why i asked for mayo. Just disappointing to not get what was asked for. Customer service here isnt...

Terrible customer service. They messed up on my sandwich and wouldn’t refund me for the extra bacon I paid for. Instead they wanted me to return the sandwich I touched in order to receive the refund. Or they would have the driver come pickup the sandwich and make me go to the store to pickup the new sandwich instead of making an exchange. I PAID FOR THE SANDWICH AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE. YOU GUYS MESSED UP AND SHOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT, NOT PUT IT OFF ON THE CUSTOMERS. On top of that, this is 2025 what kind of system can’t itemize stuff and make refunds on additional add ons? Whole thing could’ve been resolved by just issuing a refund for the additional bacon I PAID FOR. But apparently they can’t. Shift manager was unbelievably rude. Went in for a job interview, the interview was scheduled for 3:30pm. For the in-store, food preparation and/or cashier position. Due to snowy conditions and the odd traffic light, I had arrived and walked in the door at 3:31pm. I had told the individual working behind the counter that I had arrived for my interview. He then proceeded to get the attention of the hiring manager. They spoke with one another briefly, then told me to have a seat. I did so, and waited momentarily. The manager proceeds to approach me, sits down and says "your interview was actually at 3:30." Confused, I ask "is it not 3:30?"
