Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dement Township

Ok people. Lives in Rochelle for 5 years now. Went to Taco Bell here since I’ve lived here. I’ve been having a big problem with the night crew. Around 9-10pm. It first started with them messing up 2 5$ boxes. Went inside to complain. Told them food was freezing cold and was not what I ordered. The night manager picked up my taco stuck his finger in my taco and told me I can keep the food just apply for a refund online if you want. Nasty. Now just went back a few days ago to pick up an online order. They told me there systems were down and you need to come back later. I couldn’t wait all night. Then I checked the app and it said I picked up my order which I have not picked it up. 5 days later and I can’t get a refund. If I could rate this location a 0 I would. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Fire everyone and hire people who want to...

Hey Taco Bell! Y'all do know how a burrito, right? Apparently not! I got a burrito from a local store today, and there was immediately something wrong. The steak was on one side, the other fillings were on the other side. I make a bite at the top, and things seem okay. I bite down a little further, on the left, and it's nothing but steak. I bite the right, and it's the lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese over there. Then I pulled off the rest of the wrapper to feel the tortilla. This confirmed my fears. The side with the steak was nice and warm, as a burrito should be. The other side was cold as a salad bar. I don't know what kind of clowns you got working at the Rochelle, IL location, but it's time for a clean purge...

I remember going to Taco Bell when I was a kid. We all knew their food was highly processed and you'd feel a little gross after eating it but I mean heck you can buy a burrito for 59 cents and a supreme burrito for 99 cents. I decided to go to this Taco Bell after a 20-year intermission this is what I found...... The food cost 5x more and it's every bit as gross as it was back then. Don't get me wrong the service the people that work there is great, but 20 years ago I only felt remorse after eating their food. This time I felt the remorse shortly after eating their food, and even more regret that I grossly overpaid for it :(

Their burrito supreme is still only worth 99 cents...
