Arby's — Restaurant in Denham Springs

Absolutely horrible experience, will not be back. Derrick(drive thru) was the rudest person ive had to deal with in fast food, which is saying something. My wife asked for a pepsi, being that it said pepsi products on the menu, and he rudely said we have coke products. We agreed to a coke and simply told him the sign said pepsi so he would know thats why it was being ordered. He loudly said "we got coke products so you can go across the street to mcdonalds because im noy going to serve you". We waited at drive thru until another man, kobe, took over the drive thru. Kobe was the only bright spot of arbys. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The manager did not come talk to us nor was he anywhere to be seen and said nothing to derrick, who was just standing inside doing absolutely nothing. Kobe took on something the manager is responsible for that his rude co-worker caused to arise. Hats off to you kobe i hope you go somewhere where they will appreciate your work and...

Well I got to try one of the new arby's burgers that they've been pushing on television and driving me crazy with all their ADS for and it's the most horrid thing I've ever seen absolutely disgusting dripping some kind of sauce looking stuff that has the whole bun saugi called the store to ask about it was treated completely rudely hung up on in my face I will never be there again I will never give arby's another dime of my money good luck with this campaign. Well, that was yesterday. Today it got worse. Now Arby's wants to play games with their customers. Replied to my post with an email to contact to make things better. Takes you to a page full of search results and no instruction as to what to do next. It's only money ( you know, that stuff you're in business to make), I'll just go spend it elsewhere and bet ya they'll be glad to get it. Horrible...

I absolutely love Arby's. One of my absolute favorites. But... The last two times I went the staff was very unfriendly. Both times I went inside and ordered one roast beef slider. Staff barely spoke to me, yet talked among each other laughing and joking. The people in front of me ordered and got their food (multiple items) quickly. I ordered one thing and waited for him to make drive thru orders and the people behind me before making mine. The ones upfront talking and joking said "one roast beef slider" to the ONLY boy cooking several times. They were not busy at all. One in drive thru and one order behind me yet I waited FOREVER for one slider. There were at least 3 employee's in the front talking amongst themselves about going out on their birthday, taking their birthday off, working on their birthday, etc, etc. I just felt very awkward...
