Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Usually they are polite and spot on with the order. This time at this location they were not. When they first took my order in the drive thru, I asked for plenty of Buffalo sauce, ketchup and chick fil a sauce. I also asked that the 12 piece meal medium drink be divided in two kids cups. (I have 3 kids in the back). We pull up to the window and I am greeted by a young man named cade. He says to me, with his hand in his pocket and shirt slightly untucked, hey what drink did you have again. So I told him for the second time lemonade. He then hands me a medium lemonade and two kids cups. (Really?!?. Come on man, split the drink for the customer and the kids. Dont leave them with an empty cup.) He then hands me a single bag with our food pouring out of it (suggest putting it in two bags) with 3 straws (I ordered 4 drinks. Mine my wifes and two kids that can use a straw. Come on man! Simple math. 4 drinks need 4 straws.) At this point I am irritated due to his demeanor and lack of professionalism, I pay and go. When we get into the overflowing bag of food, we discover at the bottom of the bag only two ketchup, two chick fil a sauce and barbecue sauce. Barbecue not buffalo. (Said it clear as day twice. And how is two of each plenty? Come on man! Get it right and put 3 or 4 in the bag!) And my wife ordered a sandwich with out cheese. Come on, take the 60 cents off. You charge 60 cents to add it so why not take it off? And no military or first responder discount either? Come on. The good news is this was my very first bad experience at a...
Read moreDenham Springs Chick-fil-A. Great view from I-12. Corner of S Range Ave and Rushing Rd. Two entrances/exits to get to this location. The main one is off S Range. A little difficult turning left into since it is located next to a busy intersection. I wish they would have built it just a little bit further down S Range. Second is immediately after the old Subway building. Easy to turn left and right into as long there is no construction going on Rushing Rd. However, this entrance/exit is tight for two vehicles. Lot of near misses. Simple and delicious selection of food! That's the best way to go. Classic chicken sandwich is always made just right and adding their amazing Chick-fil-A sauce to it makes it even better. Even their salads are a great option. Fresh and full to the top of the bowl! Added bonus for me at is that they serve Cherry Coke. Not many fast food restaurants offer it and it really is the "cherry on top"(yes I did just say that corny pun 😁) Employees are polite, quick to serve, and professional. Even on their bad days, Chick-fil-A employees are prompt and kind. You will be waiting in long lines inside and drive thru during ideal lunch (11:30-1:00)and dinner 5:30-7:00) times. Great thing is they make sure your order is correct, hot, and fresh. Thanks Chick-fil-A for expanding to Denham Springs. Now be a dear and expand to Livingston...
Read moreIt's good food, but unfortunately, it is not Great food. At the moment, I am speaking in particular of their macaroni and cheese. I LOVE M&C. I was really excited when I heard that Chick-fil-a had put it on the menu in the Baton Rouge area. I tried some from the Siegen location, and it was good---ish. Oh Man, bummer, I thought that maybe it was a fluke or that maybe I had too high of expectations. So I waited. About a month later, I tried it again at the Range/Hwy 16 location in Denham Springs. If anything I was even more disappointed. It didn't have any zip, any flavor explosion. Please don't assume that I mean it was not spicy hot. It wasn't, but I still was not referring specifically to spicy/peppery flavor. It could have been any flavor (that is compatible); it would not need to be spicy. Nonetheless, a little spicy would have probably been very good. It isn't like they don't do spicy at all. They have Really Good Chicken Noodle soup. They also have a (seasonal) Chicken Tortilla soup. I think I would absolutely Love their Chicken Tortilla soup if it wasn't So Spicy Hot that I can not eat it --- literally. If they took 1/3 of the Chicken Tortilla soup's spice, and put it in their macaroni and cheese --- they might have Two Big...
