I ordered food from this Restaurant three times, and I have to say – the food was absolutely amazing. Full 5/5 for taste, quality, and presentation. It truly exceeded my expectations.

However, the service experience was disappointing. My dasher had to wait over 15 minutes at the restaurant, even though the food was already prepared. She mentioned the store wasn’t even busy at the time. When she asked the staff about the order, they told her "5 minutes," but made her wait much longer. Eventually, she texted me about the delay, and when I called the restaurant to ask, the staff initially said, "Dasher not here." I told them that the dasher had already been waiting and had texted me about it – only then did they hand over the order, saying, "Oh sorry, take food," which came off quite impolite.

This wasn't my first experience with poor communication. A day before placing this order, I called the restaurant to ask about menu options, and the girl who answered the phone was also not speaking politely.

The food is outstanding and worth trying, but I genuinely hope the staff works on being more courteous and attentive. Excellent food deserves equally good service. I’m sharing this feedback so the overall experience can...

We went to this restaurant on Monday afternoon between 3:30 and 5 PM — and it was a complete letdown. There was only one girl at the counter (white skin tone , light blond hair, wearing an orange t-shirt), and I genuinely don’t understand how the management hired someone so careless for customer-facing service.

She didn’t know anything on the menu, wasn’t communicating at all, and was more interested in chatting through her earbuds than listening to customers. When we politely asked her to repeat the order, she just turned the Clover screen toward us in a rude, dismissive way — no words, no eye contact. Unbelievable.

The food? Just as disappointing. Appetizers had no flavor — it literally felt like we were just dipping plain stuff into sauces. Even biryanis are too reheated not tastes like freshly made.. Absolutely nothing stood out.
