McDonald's — Restaurant in Denton

I was trying to make an order using my app daily deals with self service, I had put in my daily deal then decided to use another one and it told me I had to wait 15 minutes although I canceled the last coupon. So I go to the counter waited then a lady worker who was pregnant comes over after I had to called for assistance after being ignored, and told her I was trying to make an order and it saying I have to wait 15 minutes she replies” we don’t know how to work the app we don’t use it we’re not trained“ and hunched her shoulders and then said “ what you want me to do” so I replied “I didn’t need you to be rude I was asking because I wasn’t sure” and asked for her manager she replied “I am a manager” and she proceeds to stare and try to intimidate me. I asked for her name and she said she don’t have to give that information and was not wearing a badge. So I walk over to the next lady who stated she was a manager, name tag that said “ Brenda”, so I said Brenda are you the manager, she replied “my name isn’t Brenda, this isn’t my name tag” so I asked for corporates information and she slammed down a larger cup and said “it’s on the back” and walked off. I was a manager at McDonalds back in 2010 when I was in high school and never would have been able to talk to A customer this way, my manager was professional and made sure he exalt that same Quality they taught us from the McDonald’s University. People do so much for power...

This Spanish lady that was taking orders got send to take my food not sure what was her problem been working on a Friday .. She take my food to the car but no my drinks and I told her where are my drinks I said you never bring them she said you should have them I said No I wait almost 5 minutes I went inside to see her actitud face to tell me that she is waiting on the machine but I can see my drinks there the lady on the window never give it to me because I guess she have to give all together not sure …Is a reason why I choose DriveThru so I pick my food from the window or I wait for you guys to bring me my food I’m not getting paid to see her rude face and The Manager The Caucasian Lady not sure what was the deal anyway horrible horrible she choose to work for McDonals not Me I’m just a regular customer if a knew she don’t want to take a walk to give me my drinks I will never stop at this McDonald is not a reason for her to be acting like that horrible actitud Her and the Manager they choose this job not me ..Check the 🎥 horrible customer service...

This is a relatively new McDonald's. Exterior & Interior very modern looking, easy on the eye. I've had to ask every time I've visited for basics such as sugar, sweetener and stirrers etc. Auto Order Machines are next to the Counter, I'm not seeing the need to use them when the Store is nearly always empty. Today the entire place, the Customer side and the kitchen side were dirty and unclean, floors, tables and all surfaces were littered with debris. One of the Staff had a Kitten, in an open Cardboard Box on the Counter where your Food is served to you. I'm at a loss as to why the cleanliness and Service provision is not far better than it is in an empty Store with a quiet Drive Thru. If the Seating Area is Dirty & Unclean then it makes you wonder how dirty the Cooking & Food Preparation Areas are. If there was a Manager in attendance, they were not doing their job.
