Let's start off with the customer service: So far, the service isn't great. It's not even good, matter of fact, it's bad.. Ordered from the website and wanted to call to be sure it got the right apartment number down since it didn't show back up in the delivery tracker but no one picked up three times. And when they answered they made me order AGAIN to fix the issue (but they said it won't double charge me but I'll update if it does or not) and made me wait even longer. Funny enough the order said it was out for delivery when someone FINALLY picked up. Mind you, this order was made around down-time (between 1-3pm). About 10min. later I get a call from their Customer Service line telling me about an issue with the order saying it couldn't get processed even though I already called them up and tried to fix the issue.
Their delivery services are run by DoorDash, not their own drivers. So any tip is going to go to PH not the driver so that is shady. Anyhow I decided to call the driver up about it and let them know if they got the apartment on there and, low and behold, it wasn't fixed. So I had to personally call up the driver about the issue at hand and let her know the apartment number. When she got here I gave her a pretty good tip for her patience.
Now to the food: The food was pretty good, didn't have any issues with the pizza. Was still hot and good so, there's the positives.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service I received at your [location] store on [date]. My experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of a young man working at the drive-thru window.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that it had been prepared incorrectly. When I brought this to the young man's attention, he responded by yelling at me, which was both shocking and unprofessional. Concerned for his well-being, I asked if he was alright, to which he dismissively replied, "It doesn’t matter."
I am unsure if this outburst was due to the approaching closing time or if he was having a particularly rough day, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, neither of which I received during this encounter.
This experience has left me unwilling to return to this location, and I believe that someone who treats customers so poorly should not be representing your company. I hope that you will address this issue promptly to ensure that no other customer has to endure such rudeness.
