I do want to give a shout out to the cashier "Ms. Mynor" 👏👏👏 because this is who this review is about below.

First I'd like to start this review off by saying everyone has a bad day every now and then. I have purchased food at this KFC multiple times in the last couple months and what I've always noticed is they were pretty fast with their service. Also I noticed there is somewhat of a language barrier cuz it seems a lot of people speak Spanish as their primary language and English may not be their first language. That being said I've always been treated friendly and kind and appreciate it as a customer. Today there was a lady in front of me and she was having a bad day. She was not getting the service that she felt like she needed and wanted to express her feelings to the corporate office. At the same time she was trying to run off the customers that were in the building and I felt the staff held their composure very well and did not get disrespectful towards the customer at least while I was there and the lady left the building right before I ordered my food. I placed my order and got service that I needed without any problem or any anger from the employee who had already been in the situation before time. This gets a kudos from me because a lot of people might have had an issue with how the other customer was talking to them and they held their composure very well. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. Because if they had done anything negative I may have never come back to this KFC again and might have been discouraged from going to another KFC and not eating this delicious chicken 🍗. Also the new potato 🥔 wedges are back and they are way better than they were before and they were fantastic before. This is the main reason I was there today 😀. I love the potato wedges and I love their coleslaw 😋. So getting to the food part of the review. It is KFC you're going to get what you're going to get because it's KFC but they do have some phenomenal deals as of 2025 and that's probably one of the reasons I'm back eating at KFC. Because of the deals and the potato wedges....

HORRIBLE experience here! I was asking questions about their wraps and what it contains (because it doesn't say that on their advertising board by drive through!) and lady got upset with me then she got confused when I said I wanted just 3 of the wraps in a combo and she said we cant do that only 2. Why cant you just add one more and charge me for a single wrap?! Finally she gets it after clarifying what i meant. I pull up to the window and ask her what cheese is used for macaronni (I HAVE LACTOSE ISSUES) and american cheese high in lactose but cheddar is barely anything so i needed to know if needed to go buy lactose pills before eating. She goes "you need to go back around and talk through speaker about these things" i dont know. She then closes the window and while doing so talks bad about me in Spanish to co workers! (Which i understood) This Spanish lady at the drive through needs to be fired! I drive off due to the line at this point. After getting back to office and unwrapping the wraps I see the chicken is BARELY cooked and the mac tasted disguising! (Also it was american cheese based) luckily i had lactose pills but the chicken got me VERY sick. I will NEVER return to this place and no one should either. What horrible customer service in all aspects from food...

Imagine this you get off of your eight hour shift where you’re walking around on your feet. And you are starving And you’re really wanting fried chicken after you get off of work. There are lots of chicken places for you to choose from there’s Golden Chick there’s Canes, Heck there’s even Popeyes. But you think to yourself “ I haven’t tried KFC in a while” And you order their three-piece chicken tenders and potato wedges. And your disappointment they don’t have potato wedges anymore, but that’s fine. And your meal comes out to be $13! And do you think yourself “for $13 this better be some damn good chicken“ And then you get home and you finally open the box and the tenders are LITERALLY the size of your finger. KFC, this is why you are everybody’s last choice for chicken or any chicken products. $13 is already so expensive for tenders and then for them to be shitty tenders, you have some nerve. As an avid fried chicken eater I will NEVER Visit another KFC in my life. I promise you that. This is the most pitiful, sad excuse of chicken I’ve ever...
