Anyone who is in search of a home knows just how complicated it can be. Its exciting but it can also be very overwhelming and a bit stressful. Stacey held our hand all the way! At one point we put in an offer and the owners accepted it.. shortly after Stacey informed us that we had to get the home inspected. Once we did, it came back that the house had sewage issues and a potential foundation issue.. Stacey immediately talked to us about it, and told us that she didn't think it would be a great decision and felt like we would be pouring more and more money into the house. Although were so sadden by it and a but discouraged, she informed us that this was a big decision and that the perfect house would come along and it did! Stacey is not worry about a commission she is truly wanting to find the home for you, or your family. I love that she takes her job seriously and she will fight for her clients - and that's extremely important! She has no problem of speaking up on your behalf. I was lucky to be connected with Alan Bayle through a work colleague, but even without this connection I would have hand picked him as our realtor. When you have a huge cross-country move on a tight timeline in a hot market, you develop an extra level of nerves.
