Subway — Restaurant in Denton

I ordered 2 subs through uber eats but did not get what I order. The pizza sub was just bread and sauce. I paid for a deluxe spicy Italian with bacon and did not get it. I got a regular with no bacon. I called the store and explained and a worker named Jennie said to come to the store and she would remake them. When I showed up she seemed surprised I was there. I brought the pizza sub to show her and she got rude. She said she knew how it looked since she made it. Then asked what I wanted her to do. I told her that if she knew what it looked like then she was knowing giving poor quality subs and that I wanted the remake (the ones she mentioned on the phone). She continued to get rude mentioning that I didn't know what was supposed to be on these subs(I've gotten the same spicy Italian for years and told her this) and when I said I would reach out to corporate and uber eats she told me to leave the store. I told her I wasnt leaving without the food I paid for or a refund( I spent over $25 on this order). She expressed that she couldn't do the refund. When remaking the subs she said she had no pepperoni so again I ended up not getting the subs I paid for. This is not okay service or quality of food items. I will not be returning to this...

DO NOT DRINK THE TEA HERE! I have a condition that does not allow me to have sugary drinks, so I opted to get the unsweetened iced tea. That was a mistake on my part! I was already driving away when I took a drink of the tea in my cup, and it was RANCID! I can only imagine how long they have just been putting out the same tea until it runs out! Disgusting!

To top it off, when I went back to the subway not two minutes after turning around to get a new drink, the apathetic girl that served me seemed surprised when I told her that the tea was bad, like she thought it didn't have an expiration date! I told her that I just wanted a new drink, and she had the guts to ask me to "just dump out your cup and get something else," like I would be okay with drinking out of a cup that just had moldy tea in it! While I was filling up my NEW cup with some gross low calorie lemonade, she proceeded to come out and pull the tea jug off the counter and look inside the top. I can only imagine what all was growing in there, but it must have been a lot based on the look she made after looking inside.

I will never be eating here again! If the workers have no clue about expiration dates and cleanliness, then I don't want to know what their kitchen looks like...

Normally I come in first thing in the morning to this Subway and I receive amazing customer service and great food. Although today I mixed it up and went in a little bit later. Larry and the other lady working behind the counter went from one extreme to another I had to tell him to put more lettuce on my sandwich 3 times just to get the normal amount. Immediately following I asked for a little bit of mayonnaise and my sandwich was completely drownded it was so mashed in that when I got home I actually had to peel apart my sandwich and wipe half of it down with a napkin. My husband's sandwich was fine all the way up until the end she wanted to put so little ranch but at least start light you know. Then turned around to another extreme and drownded the sandwich in salt and pepper.
