This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. We ordered 8 pizzas over the phone and was told to pick them up in 45mins to an hour. We show up and our order was never made. The manager asked who took the order and no one would admit at all. She had a girl in the kitchen with hardly any clothes on with no gloves making pizzas. So the manager says she will make them right then and it will be another 45mins-hour. We leave and call around 45 mins. They’re not answering the phone at all, so we hurried there. We arrived within an hour and show up noticing they are closing the store while they should be open and the manager was not on the premises at all. The law states a manager should be in a food place at all times and there was none there because the cashier could not point us to ANYONE to speak to. The kid refuses to call the manager and tells us he’s calling his dad and locks the door. All we wanted was to speak with someone in charge. The manager pulls up with a man and she denied everything. She said we lied and had no intentions of completing our order. She then said since your order wasn’t already paid for we definitely can’t get your order. She forgot she confirmed with the both of us that our order was being made. We even saw her and the girl with hardly any clothes on both start our order with no gloves at all. She then asked the cashier who had a smart mouth that called his dad what happened to our order. He replied he threw them away because we took too long to get there. Really??? And the entire time the girl with hardly any clothes on kept coming to the window staring and laughing as if this situation was funny and she also got disrespectful acting as if she wanted to do something completely against your store’s policy. They treated us like they never wanted to make our order. They argued with us instead of serving us. The manager was completely unprofessional and at the end didn’t care that we got our food at all. She showed us that by leaving before we got there because she KNEW she forgot our order. We waited 2 HOURS for NOTHING. I know this because I am still a certified food manager in the state of Texas. I have NEVER seen a pizza place treat customers so poorly. You all need new management immediately. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. I recommend cleaning house. I doubt the food would actually be clean to eat because I saw no one washing hands and employees touching multiple things not being considerate...
Read moreNEW UPDATE MAY 2022: This store seems to be under new management. Food is back to a quality I expect. Wait times are still longer than necessary, but happy to have correctly cooked pizza with actual toppings and regular sized, soft, breadsticks with good flavor. Giving them another chance.
Been to this location many times over the past 8 or 9 months and although I have never successfully gotten a "hot and redy" pizza, the food was usually good even after sometimes waiting 20 or 25 minutes to get it. However today, that was not the case. The food was pretty horrible. The pizza crust was flat, the breadsticks were flat and had no "topping", everything was overcooked, the cheese was chewy and tough... I have read other reviews and I have seen some questionable employees in there, but I can't say I've actually ever had anyone be flat out rude to me. However, I was not thrilled with the young men blaring music in the back a few months ago and today the girl that was running the register went back to help with breadsticks and I saw her handling them with her bare hands. It is clear that this store needs some appropriate management and some employees that actually care about quality. I am glad this particular store is no longer on my route home. 2021 UPDATE: This place has not gotten any better in the past 2 years. We went a few weeks ago and we waited OVER AN HOUR for 2 simple pizzas and 2 breadsticks. OVER AN HOUR!! No joke. Today i ordered ahead. It was supposed to be ready at 8:14. We got there at 8:30 and only one pizza was in our oven slot. Why would they email me and say my order was ready in slot 3 if not even half of it was ready?? So i talked to someone and he said it was in the oven. Fine. I waited outside. I watched 3 employees assembling pizzas and pressing crusts bare-handed. Yuck! On the door was taped a pizza box that said no walk in orders temporarily. And on the window was a sign that said "no sauce cups until Tuesday, so we can not hand out sauce". Nice. So i was obligated to order online and pay for sauce that you cant give me. When we got home and looked at the order i was dumbfounded. The breadsticks were thinner than my finger. And the "pretzel crust" was a total joke!! All it was is a sloppy regular crust with some pretzel salt sprinkled on it....

Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and for not checking the pizzas when I picked them up, once I got home noticed I only had gotten one stuffed crust and the other regular crust. Called the store to get a refund for the difference in price and the employee said they could not do it, he claimed people lie. I said I could send photos with photo of receipt but he said to talk to manager. Manager said he could not do it, asked me to come to the store. I told the manager if I have to go to the store, I would keep the the pizza that was not stuffed crust for the inconvenience of driving to the store since it is 30 mins away, manager agreed. I get to the store and speak to Gabriel the manager, if that was his name. He made a new stuffed pizza, kept me waiting for 30 mins to give me the pizza. But before giving me the pizza, a black gentleman said he wanted the old pizza and told him the manager already had approved for me to keep it, I even said you will just throw it in the trash and he said that is the policy, seemed like the black gentleman was the boss of the store and not Gabriel. Gabriel the manager was hiding in the back. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he already had talked to his manager. I asked for his name written down and he declined to identify himself. I think the manager does not manage well to let his employee take control of a situation that could have easily been resolved. The manager finally came out and said give it to him and he finally gave me the pizza without requesting the non stuffed pizza, at that point I was already upset and I decided to give the black gentleman the non stuffed pizza and he got it and the first thing he did was dump it in the trash, as I had predicted he would do. I waisted an hour to go back to the store and let little Caesars employees treat me with no respect.
