I work for Favor as a delivery driver and got an order for this location. I pulled in around 11:30pm, half an hour before they closed. There were 5-7 vehicles there. It was a difficult order since the customer had left out a lot of details and I had to contact him with so many questions. He ordered a 12 wing combo, half buffalo, half BBQ (did you want fries or tots with that?), a strawberry, large (shake, slush, or limeade?), a small candy slush (what flavor? Yeah, no, "candy" is an addition, not a flavor), and two croiSonic sandwiches (they stopped serving breakfast so they could clean the grill early).
Eventually, we got it all sorted and the order was in. I finally figured out how to pay (as you can tell, I don't go here a lot), and they brought food out in a timely fashion. Not mine, of course. I received 6 wings and a milkshake. A couple minutes later, the young man brought out the other wings...no slush, no limeade. Now it is 5-10 minutes before closing.
So I call in to ask about the drinks... they're very sorry, those will be right out. No drinks. Lights start going off and then they close. I hit the call button. They're closed, I let them know I want the drinks I paid for. This time a young lady comes out, very confused. I show her the receipt, she apologized and the drinks are brought out a couple minutes later, the small slush has been upgraded to a large...but they kept my receipt.
Now, I get it. Late shift on a Saturday night, young adults who just want to get off work and get to doing their own things, and a slightly cantankerous customer who only halfway has his order together. But come on. Put the broom down, finish the job. Then you can clean and go do...
Read moreWhile I’m sitting here waiting, I’ll write a review for how bad the service is. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes behind a burger and some Mozzarella sticks. When the food finally came it was cold and my tots were burnt, so I don’t understand what took so long. I asked for a drink upgrade to a large for how long I’ve been waiting and they agreed, they brought out the drink I originally ordered (medium), then proceeded to say they were confused, and then after once again clarified that I wanted the same drink but larger, they proceeded to bring me the same size cup (medium) I asked to be upgraded to large. Then I asked for a refund because at this point we’re approaching 45 minutes. They forgot I was there. This experience has been awful, and I’ve never written a review in my life. They also refused to give me the correct receipt for my refund, and gave me the one saying I paid for the order. Like I don’t know what a refund receipt looks like. I honestly hope whoever is working in there gets better training or fired, because this is ridiculous, McDonald’s does better than this, and they don’t get tips. When I asked for the correct receipt again they chose to be smart alecks and circle and draw arrows all over the top of the receipt. I missed my entire lunch break because of this ordeal. I’d give 0...
Read moreThe customer service here is wild. I work customer service, and I know the customer is usually wrong. But times like these really make me want to side with the customers. You can sit in your car pushing the button all you want, they won't answer. I've once sat for 30 minutes up until 10 till close for them to ignore the button and me trying to flag down the rare employee sighting. I sat at stall 17 for almost 10 minutes with no answer, skipped a stall down to see if I'd get one and surprisingly someone spoke. I informed them of stall 17 not working and brought up that the lights still came on- stating they'd be there in a moment. The workers response was a cut and dry, "Okay." No, sorry for the wait, thank you for letting us know etc, just an 'Okay'.
A different person delivered my food to my car, who I informed in case there was some miscommunication through the intercoms and they left to take care of it. Still no actual, 'Thank you for the heads up.' Just left.
Like, I get being exhausted from work, especially being face to face with your customers. But there is absolutely zero niceties and even less customer satisfaction when you come up to us frowning, saying nothing and bailing as soon as...
