Whataburger — Restaurant in Denton

For a few years now I have enjoyed going to various Whataburger locations around Denton, Corinth and Highland Village. Your really can't go wrong with Whataburger. A very generous hamburger that you can order however you like it. This particular location on Fort Worth Drive has been consistently great with the quality of food and service during my visits. Good customer service and courtesy is top on my list of how an establishment is functioning properly. Cleanliness is a close second and food preparation is third. I've recently changed over to in house dining and have enjoyed watching how the staff interact with customers and their coworkers. Very happy to say that this location is doing a great job delivering on all three. I love how the employees seem to enjoy doing their work and I haven't seen anyone not busy taking care of their duties. It really is an enjoyable environment. It is also pleasing to see the manager actively working side by side with the staff and running the operation so well. I hope the other shifts are just as good in maintaining this location because it seems to be a great place to work. Price wise I think the value of the meal is better than other fast food establishments and you really don't have to wait very long for your order. The meal itself seems to be more satisfying and well made. I love that no matter which location you go to, it is consistently identical flavor wise. Great job Whataburger on Fort Worth Drive!!!

I had such a wonderful breakfast experience at Whataburger (Fort Worth Drive location) with my son this morning, and I have to say the customer service from Amanda truly stood out and accommodated our food request. My son is in college and has autism, and in rare first encounters he is usually very closed off. To my surprise, he was quick to express his appreciation for the kindness and attention Amanda showed us. It was a great start to his school day. That moment alone spoke volumes.

The food was fresh and delicious, but the real highlight was how welcomed we felt. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. That type of genuine service isn’t something you find everywhere, and it made our visit incredibly special. I also noticed how well the entire staff worked together, and it was clear many of the patrons were regulars since the staff greeted them by name.

Because of this experience, I will definitely be coming to this location more often. Other establishments should really take note and mimic the outstanding service and atmosphere being created here. As patrons visiting establishments, I believe it’s important to highlight the positive experiences not just the negative. This visit was definitely one worth recognizing for all the right reasons. I never do this, but I just wanted to share this part of my day. I pulled up in the WB parking lot at 10:54 this morning in a bit of a hurry to get some Delicious breakfast taquitos. There were a few cars ahead of me and I knew I was in crunch time before breakfast ended for the day. They must have had large orders because I didn’t make it to the speaker until 11:01. Hopeful, I ordered my usual taquitos, but sadly I had missed the window for breakfast at that time. The young lady in the drive thru politely attempted to offer me some other menu items and was very professional about the whole ordeal. I felt terrible about it, but I was only there for breakfast and asked if I could speak to the manager.

This man was at the window before I even pulled up & with answers. Not only did he personally make my burritos (with love) he made sure his team could continue working undisturbed by the events. He brought them out to my car with a smile and politely told me about the online ordering service which I will be using from now on to get my breakfast order put in before 11.

Sorry for the inconvenience today WB, but I wanted to say thank you to the team for dealing with the situation professionally and especially to the manager who took the time out of his day to make my morning great.
