Tandoor Truck — Restaurant in Denton

I’ve visited Tandoor Truck four times now, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The food itself is okay—I've ordered the paneer tikka wrap each time, and while it's not amazing, it's decent enough. However, the service is where things really fall apart.

Each time I’ve visited, I've had to wait over 40 minutes for my order, which is incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the person taking the orders, especially the lady, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude makes the already long wait even worse. I understand that sometimes food trucks can be busy, but the lack of courtesy and long wait times have made the experience unbearable.

I was honestly not too impressed with them. People on facebook were raving about their lunch combo. I went and ordered. Was told it would be a 20 min wait. No big deal. Sat in my car in the rain. Went back at the 20 min mark and it still wasn't ready. The guy said he would bring it to me. About ten minutes later he finally did just to inform me they ran out of rice, and if I chose to visit him in the future he would "take care" of me. Rice is so simple to make. I hired Tandoor Truck to cater a birthday party for about 75 people. Amit was fantastic to work with and accommodated our requests to satisfy both veg and non-veg guests. We really wanted to setup a live cooking experience and the Tandoor Truck team delivered big time from start to finish!

The food was incredibly delicious - we had raving fans the whole evening - the tandoor chicken, fish fry, masala dosas, chaat, and more. Our favorite dish was the lamb chops - they easily rival the chops at the famous Aga's in Houston - they are amazing!
