Taco Star — Restaurant in Denver

I took my kids to this particular Taco Star. They were very adamant about eating there. They had Taco Star with a friend in Aurora, said it was good food. We ordered carne asada fries. I was charged $30 for two entrees that looked like it had been sitting for 24 hrs. waiting to be served to me. Look at all the pictures of food posted looks like returns from dissatisfied customers. They offered no resolution. I donated the $30 because I would n't give or serve this to anyone besides they won't be getting pay checks for much longer with food and service like this. Sad to see a local place go downhill like this. Not that long ago their carne asada fries absolutely filled the box, were enough for my girlfriend and I to share and both be full, and came with a handful each of red & green salsa in 2 oz cups.

Today not only was there only a single red, and a single green salsa, but they were in small 1 oz cups, with about half the food I'm used to receiving. There was so much empty space in the box that I had to check the menu to see if I'd accidentally ordered a new small size. We had to go to Taco Bell after finishing it to fill our stomachs. This place has gone really down hill 2nd straight time they got the order wrong and then got mad at you for correcting them. This time is was worse I’m really allergic to beef and I ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos I get home take a bite out of it and it’s shredded beef. Took it back to them told them I was allergic to beef and instead of saying sorry she told me I repeat the order next time listen.
