Best Vietnamese Coffee I have found in Colorado- And I can't even try another place without being disappointed that I couldn't go to Vinh at this point. Perfect Ratios and not "too strong." Also- Pan Fried Pork Buns available for here or to go!!! I bought 2 Very large buns.. lol. I will be back to try the affordable and delicious looking Bahn Mis! The staff and efficiency was superb.
Side Note: A lady walked in and straight-up cut me in the line that I was clearly waiting in. (I "allowed" her to do so, which is extremely rare for me, being that the only way to correct social injustice is to personally fight back nowadays) - The lady ordered 2 baguettes to-go and the staff gave her her order in seconds- and then the woman on staff promptly "thanked me for my patience." This mattered to me that they acknowledged and appreciated my grace/presence in the matter..while being gracious and somewhat neutral themselves. The lady and I both had "super quick" orders, so turns out, karma will get her in the worst timing possible (iykyk- I wish her well). Anyway- Class, Quality, and...
Read moreThis is a great place to get coffee drinks, boba drinks, banh mi, tea, smoothies and pastry items. For the drinks, they have unique flavors such as Lavender milk tea, avocado smoothie, jasmine tea and aloe vera juice. They use popping boba pearls with flavors such as lychee that you can add to any milk tea or smoothie drink.
The coffee and tea is very good and the Vietnamese iced coffee is top notch. You can get a hit Vietnamese coffee for snow days. They also have western coffee drinks such as lattes, espresso, French press, and even aeropress. For the avocado smoothie, they use fresh avocado instead of powder and it is creamy and slightly sweet. My favorite milk tea here is the lavender so far.
The banh mi sandwiches are fresh, made quickly and you get a huge serving for what you pay for. There are spicy, non spicy and vegetarian/vegan options and specials on some days such as sandwiches made with duck or spicy avocado. I have had the spicy duck with pho and it is one of the best banh mi sandwiches...
Read moreExcellent banh mi sandwich. I had the combination "DAC biet" and it was fantastic. It was a fresh take on a Vietnamese classic. It had hints of five spice powder, black pepper ground on top and the restaurant had delicious jalapeños and Chinese red pepper paste to eat with it. They also loaded my sandwich with tons of veggies and meat. I'm definitely going to be a regular once they move to rhino since I live very close to that area. Their bread was very crispy and fresh tasting. Many Hispanic people came into this shop to buy bread. I bet they're making Cuban sandwiches! Lol obviously just a guess. The one thing I wish they put more of in my sandwich was mayonnaise and pate. I absolutely loooooove pate. I'll just tell them next time. We love bakers palace too which is more authentic banh mi. Still, Vinh xuong has a fantastic sitting area that is basic IKEA but modern. Loved it. I will...
