On 12/30/16 I visited the King Soopers Pharmacy located at @ Fillmore and Centennial, Rebeca was the only tech that night I approached the counter, she told me in a very rude way Sir, you need to be off the phone because is a HIPPA violation, I told her I'm with my wife on the phone and I am waiting for her tell me what drugs to pick up, Rebeca then stated I don't care if you’re talking to GOD, you need to hang up, I hung up the phone at the time because I did not want to cause a scene, and I am a religious person 48 years old I work central systems, I have been a loyal customer of King Soopers for over 8 years now.
Rebecca then totally ignored me and left to the drive thru section to take care of the drive thru customers, but I was there first, I called her back and I guess for her it was a game to make me wait and give me a hard time, after she was done with the drive thru customers she then started answering the phones, I complaint to the Pharmacist and the Pharmacist immediately took her side and said "OH SHE IS THE ONLY ONE TONIGHT" and totally ignored me and walked away as well, when Rebeca finally gave me the medicine, she asked for my wife’s last name and it was another struggle I had to phonetically spelled it out Burgos BRAVO UNIFORM ROMEO GULF OSCAR SIERRA, she was playing the I don’t; understand your accent and last name “game” This is the first incident I have had with King Soopers staff and Pharmacy, I have been visiting this Pharmacy for over 7 years and the staff and male Pharmacist and very respectful and courteous. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and this is the worst customer service I have received in YEARS. I understand that at times we are mad because we are required to work holidays but your staff should appreciate that us paying customers are keeping them employed and that they have a job, there are a lot more qualified people out the unemployed!!! Read moreGood luck trying to get help. Otc card?? Any of your King Soopers Associated herd of it? Its a form of payment of payment issued by United Healthcare. Why? Why, are your associates not familiar with this card. You take the payment but it doesn't work because says your front end supervisor you changed the process this morning. I've been now trying to get my credit back on my card 4 hours. I should get paid minimum wage for the trouble. Strange nobody knows anything about this form of payment.
Shame on you king soopers and Shame on you, United Healthcare for not training your employees properly.

And... I've been on automatic hold with king soopers corporate office for 25 minutes. Would be nice to hear a human voice soon. I'm going to wait until king soopers answers my call. Let's see how long it takes.
1 hour 38 minutes it took to get my call answered. I politely asked whom I was speaking. I didn't think that question was inappropriate but apparently u was not allowed to know if I was speaking to a call center or the store. Could have been a maintenance person for all I knew. She was rude and nasty. After 11/2 hours on hold and The King Soopers Associate felt entitled to be rude and Unaccommodating to me. In my opinion associates like her have no business working in customer service. I'd really like to know what customer they helped for 11/2 that not one person answered my call.

Read moreI must edit this review because the head pharmacist called me to discuss the issues. Hoping for better treatment. He was very nice and concerned. I will await results. The pharmacy personnel at the Stroh King Sooper’s do not like to deal with any customers. When I was first transferring my prescriptions, the online service was not working. I called in my first refill order. She took it and asked if there was anything else. I said yes and asked if there was an issue with the online service. She said, “Is there anything else?” I said yes and asked again about the online service. She repeated what she said. In a monotone and very abrupt. So I said yes and she hung up on me. Okay. Now it’s working. There was an issue. So I used it and filled 2 scripts. I was notified they were ready. It took us a couple days to pick them up, so I called to tell them we’d come in shortly. The male phone answerer said, okay and hung up. No spelling of name. No birth date. Doubt he had any idea who I was. My husband went in to pick them up today. 4 people behind the counter. He’s alone. One man on his phone. Two entering stuff. One walking around. No one said they’d help him shortly. 5 minutes standing there. One finally comes over. Starts entering stuff in the computer by the counter. Five more minutes till she asks if she can help him. I came to King S because Walgreens was beyond hope since Covid hit. King Sooper’s is worse.
