[  ] Very friendly when we walked in. Don't be distracted when you are waiting to be seated, the waitress will wave to you from across the room. [  ] Cleaned a table for us and sat us right away. The menu is accessible by scanning a QR code on a sticker on the wall.... took us 10 minutes to see it. [  ] Caution tape on tables because of Covid.... there are better ways to block off the tables. A nice sign on the table would be suffice. [  ] Ordered drinks and queso. Waitress came back a few minutes later to ask what we ordered. [  ] Queso .... could really use some chorizo.... [  ] While the queso was delivered we ordered our meal, and she returned some time later, to ask what we ordered. [  ] Oh the sorrow of an empty drink [  ] The waitress just asked a table who had been eating to move to the next table. To accommodate a larger party.  OMG.

Whew.... The food has arrived...

[  ] Sizzle of the fajitas (the thing about fajitas,  they sound cool)... are those the tortillas I asked not to have? I usually ask for extra meat with my fajitas and was excited that the menu stated a 1/2 pound of steak, however I most definitely did not get a 1/2 pound of steak. [  ] Babe, it that meat steak or some form of pork??? [  ] I ordered steak, so did she. Not sure what we got. Steak.....ish? [  ] Tacos al garbage, I mean carbon... [  ] Fajitas are pretty standard,  aren't they? [  ] This Diet Coke though.... real glad I ordered it.. [  ] Don't eat here.. oh, that "large party" I mentioned? They were seated at the same table the party of 2 moved to. And left from. [  ] We'd love to leave but we are still sitting here waiting...for the check.... [  ] I'd love to have another diet coke. [ ] Oh, the check. Now we wait again. [  ] They really could use some music in here to pass the time.. It has that "hear everyone's conversation, like the teenage boy's talking loudly about girls" kind of atmosphere. [  ]...

We've lived in this area for 30 years and yesterday was the first time we've tried Bandido's, and we were very pleased. I found out by the reviews we read the restaurant has been here the same amount of time we have. I don't know why we've waited so long to give them a try. Also, we've looked for a good Mexican restaurant all this time and have never been thrilled with other restaurants we've tried.

We were very impressed with the food at Bandido's. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were just right too.

We were seated quickly and and as we sat down the table had a noticeable wobble. The server apologized and quickly leveled the table, which stopped the wobble. She gave us a bowl of chips and salsa. The salsa had a little kick and a delicious flavor. Our server was very friendly and when we placed our order she was very helpful too.

When the food came out it was hot, temperature wise, and had excellent flavors. My dish had green chili as the sauce and it was very flavorful and didn't knock your head off with spicy heat, but still had a spicy flavor. My wife does not normally like the red chili sauce on her enchiladas, but she really liked it here. The guacamole was excellent too.

The reasons I gave the restaurant 4 stars was the decor is a little tired, but was easy to overlook because of the excellent food. Also, there was only one server, and I was surprised that she was able to keep up with all the other customers tables as well as she did. I never felt neglected.

We would highly recommend this restaurant and we...

Bandido’s — because it really does feel like you’re being robbed. The name fits perfectly: a bandit is a robber or outlaw belonging to a gang and typically operating in an isolated or lawless area… and after my experience this place fit that description to a T. Someone call Gordon Ramsey to close down this front for something illegal.

First off, just look at the pictures — what I got for $20 was a smothered tortilla with barely any filling. No cheese in the enchilada, no beans in the burrito, and NO chips and salsa , and no flavor. That’s basic stuff for a Mexican restaurant — how are you going to skip all of that and still charge full price?

I even saw the owner during my visit, and with maybe 12 customers in the entire place, the restaurant was already a mess. Dirty tables, chaotic service, and food that looked (and tasted) like it was thrown together in a rush — if it was made with any care at all!

Bandido’s seems more focused on making a quick buck than serving decent food & treating customers right. Save your time and your money — there are plenty of better Mexican spots in Denver. Try Hacienda Colorado nearby they seem to take pride in what they serve to this...

Stopped in by myself for lunch. One couple ahead of me waiting for the very casual hostess. Lunch hour business is very slow here. It seems to be more of a takeout business. No lunch or happy hour menus. Full price all the time. Regrettably, $14 doesn't buy much. Small, but we'll stocked bar. House margaritas were good; served in festive glasses. The complimentary chips tasted like they were reheated too many times, but OMG the home-made salsa was a HIT! Yum! The #12 combo was delicious! Perfectly crispy, crunchy relleno with amazing chewy cheesy filling. The basic bean y cheese tostada was hot, fresh & crispy, garnished with lettuce & nothing extra on top, but two little tomato morsels. The chicken enchilada (single) was light on chicken, but forgivingly heavy on sauce and cheese. No rice or beans included My regret was how small the portions were, considering the price.
