One of the worst places I've ever visited in customer service. The dine in was locked as usual but one customer who has been waiting for his food let me in. They have on their doors open from 7am to 10pm and doors will be opened during business hours. They girl said the lobby is closed sorry but I said we've already ordered and paid for so I'm picking up and not waiting thru the long line at the drive thru. Could I please have my order under name .,............. She gets a bag under the heat lamp and seals it with a sticker and hands it to me. This was a $54. Dollar order and I get a little bag. I said there needs to be a lot more. This is feeding three people So I then ask for a receipt... She said someone lost it. I then said you need to get on the computer and print me out one to verify. She went to her computer but ignored me. Then one of the workers in the back said.. how long have we ( the other guy and myself) been waiting. He was slow to come up and help and only after the worker said something. I was already getting heated . Oh yeah, the lobby doors are locked and a lot of people kept trying to come in. There drive thru was all the way out the door. Back to the manager ... No such order was on file. I called my friend who had made the order and charged it to his CC. My friend spoke to him on my phone and had the manager reorder. They took forever and I watched them prepare.. Two of the workers had disappeared so it was only the manager. The clerk and another lady working in the back I get the order 20 minutes later, and I ask for a receipt to verify. The Mgr gave me a receipt and said that's all we have. I was polite and so we're they but acting dumb. All this time, the other customer is still waiting and he was only ordering for two. Decided I am going to find out who is the owner and then contact the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. The food is good to okay but the service needs to change...
Read moreI never leave reviews but I was taken back by visit tonight , they totally dropped the ball on this one... this cashier totally gets a 5 stars for rudeness... The cashier literally said what do you want when I pulled up to the drive threw. I said hi how is your day she said good what can I get you. Pretty sure a little kindness would be returned... nope wrong. I get it bad day maybe???? I work in the food industry as a director of operations and I could not believe that this amazing place would let employees treat customers with such disregard as this young lady did. I believe her name was Aziriah... When I asked her who her manager was she was like I don't know who is the manager. Then she asked another employee and said Teresa was the manager. Point of this review is to inform you that I felt like I was bothering the young lady working there by pulling up and she had to take my order. The struggle is real but really come on don't make paying customers feel like they are putting the drive threw employee out because they need to take an order. She needs to be coached or find another job where she does not need to be in direct contact with people that pay her salary. Extremely unprofessional and next time I will drive the extra few miles to go to a different location where I feel welcome to order something from the establishment. Read moreThis review is for the location at 5041 s Jellison way in Littleton Colorado. Since I received no response from the complaint I made on the corporate website, perhaps someone will respond to this. I was unfortunate enough to be near this taco bell a few weeks back and got in line at the drive through. Little did I know that I would be stuck in that line for 65 minutes with no way of getting out because it's one lane and cars were behind me. No reason for the delay was given once I finally reached the window and to make matters worse, they told me they were out of crunch wraps which was my wife's dinner. They didn't even offer to make her something else! The poor customer service from the teenager at the window was frightening. She told me "don't blame me, I don't make the food" when I asked her about the delay. I asked for the managers name and number and it was written down, handed to me and window shut. No apology nothing. I don't understand the 60 minutes for fast food with only 5 cars ahead of me. Someone could have come out and said something so that we could have a choice to leave. And at the very least, someone could have come out to tell us that my wife would not be getting what she ordered because they were out. Poor poor poor customer service and awful wait times! But I love taco bell and will continue to go to other locations but will avoid this one...
