I have to admit I was on my way to 'Taco River' but they were closed. So as I was heading west and I saw this tiny food truck/cart and stopped. I was shocked at how good it was. There's no menu that I could see just pictures on the food cart. So I ordered a barbacoa burrito. They warmed a tortilla and lathered it with a hearty portion of very tender and lightly seasoned barbacoa, and left it open faced. You then walk to a table where they have onions, cilantro, and (I believe) a type of cabbage. Then you role it up and dive in. Fresh, simple, and very delisious. I'll definitely be back.

How am I supposed to eat this, does the truck owner knows that tortillas are needed ? Read moreAlways see this truck on my way to work and finally stopped by this morning...so glad i did. I was super hurngry and three tacos did the trick. Very delicious and the green sauce was amazing, also had the red sauce which had a very flavorful kick. Washed it all down with some orange fanta. Big shout out to the guy who took my order super friendly and great customer service....
