Let me start by saying that I left completely disgusted with the attendants behavior and he's the manager! This was the 2nd time I encountered this awful rude man. Last time It was a bad experience but I tried to give him the benefit of doubt and figured he just had a bad day. I know work could be frustrating. Anyhow this last visit was even worse than last. From the start he was being so passive aggressive just so very rude. I was in no way being rude or difficult. He was giving me bad attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I simply asked for a whopper and a whopper Jr meals. Well he got it wrong but tbh he was so so mean. I had asked no cheese n no ice on drinks. But he had already raised his voice and aggressively close the register and sighed all loud. Rolled his eyes when I mentioned about the iceš§ that after how rude & awful he was treating me that I just said it's fine its cool it's ok. I rather not deal with it no more. I just left. I went to a gas station to buy drinks. The ones from BK I ended throwing away. They tasted awful watered down drink, not good at all. And my mom's teeth are sensitive and aside from that she had pain in her tooth. Long story short I will try and just avoid going to that specific BK. I was just baffled that the man is in a manager position I didnt catch his name all I rememberis he had a purple button up both times. Tonight, Brenda (who said she was the manager) said I had to come inside to pick up my food. Here I am in a one-lane drive through having to explain to the staff on the intercom I am in a one lane drive-through because the app clearly tells me to go to the drive through. Her response was āyouāre going to have to just drive through the drive through and wait for the other customers in front of you then pull around and come insideā. I come inside and she tells me itās their policy that all mobile orders you have to come inside even if you select drive through. I asked how long this policy have been in place and she said a month. Iāve done the same thing 4 times in the last 7 days and have never had to come inside. GET IT TOGETHER! Fix your app if thatās the policy and itās been a month, otherwise donāt make up stupid policies of your own. She kept telling she me doesnāt make the rules and I need to take it with corporate. They forgot to give me my cheeseburger I ordered so I went back in I had to wait in line for 5 mins so by then my ice cream shake thingy was already melted and the food was getting cold so when I pulled up to the window I told the girl what happend and she acted rude af and pretty much just try to give me my cheese burger with out saying sorry for the wait or sorry for forgetting your food that your ordered but nope she just tried to give me it rudely. So I demanded my money back and they were rufusing to give me my $$$ back and told me to come back the next day when a manger is working so I can get my refund? But yet there were 2 managers on duty and they repeatedly kept saying we canāt give you the money back but after 5 mins of dealing with it they finally gave me the money back.
