This was our first time at this taco bell location, my husband and I. I promise you we will NEVER be back here again!
The bathrooms at this location are always locked so an employee has to let you in. While I was in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet, (sick might I add) an employee began to unlock the door. I heard the buzz go off before opening the door and before the handle even turned, I yelled, loudy, "SOMEONE'S IN HERE!" Then the door opened and it was a MALE employee letting another woman in. Again I yelled, "SOMEONE'S IN HERE!!" The employee and the woman stood and stared at me for a decent amount of time before they closed the door again (at least 5 seconds).
I was not only embarrasses but I felt absolutely violated. Two complete strangers watching me with my pants at my knees. I texted my husband letting him know what happened and that i was gonna be a few extra minutes cause I needed to collect myself. When were trying to talk to management about the incident, not only were they completely rude and showed no concern that their male employee just walked in on me, but then they tried to make it my fault or make it seem like I was out of line for being upset? Also, the employee was behind his manager, taunting my husband and I, laughing, smiling, making jokes...so not only do I feel violated at this point but also not heard or unimportant.
This situation was not handled correctly in any sort of way I believe. Now I'm hesitant to walk into any public bathroom alone or with my children. I feel completely violated.
I called above managements head, so hopefully I can save another woman or young girl from this happening to her.
Be careful here. Not one employee there (including management) saw anything wrong with what just happened. Eventually they were pretty much all laughing and telling jokes...
I will NEVER walk into that place again. I really hope they can figure out a way to never let this EVER...

My goal is constructive criticism or acknowledging areas of excellence as it shines a light moving forward, problem solving and constantly improving (goals). I'd be forced to give a... one star... but I'm going to go back in time to the amazing new hires in December 2021 morning crew. Excellent. What happened to them? Literally fire everyone else and keep the new hires that USED to work here: they were awesome. What's happening now albeit at late evenings 7:30- end of night.. pure Mystery.
Making obvious lies as excuses, right in front of observers (smh am I at a comedy act?) I wouldn't have left any review if I did not feel I had helpful suggestions to management or corporate:
1). prioritize those customers physically present and enable turning off of online orders by management when max working capacity is reached. (It took an hour and a half to get 4 burritos....) 2) Find the new hires in early December and GIVE THEM RAISES. If they can be brought back... bring in New management who trains actually--- those recent new hires might be able to do so. 3). Fire several. Clean house. What I have seen at night smh The new staff not being trained at ALL while those who were supposed to train deflected and made excuses to the MANY unhappy customers who waited looooong or had wrong orders... One fellow swept the same napkin back and forth on the floor probably completely overwhelmed not knowing what else to do... as orders piled up and he wasn't trained. Management hid. 🤐
I might be back... when I get a comedy club started. I see so much potential here for stand up. And not all of us can handle fast food honestly- it is ok to not be good at something.
But maybe give up the night job here for everyone's...
Read moreWe ordered 3 box meals, 4 bean and cheese burritos, grilled cheese burrito, large nacho fries, and the jalepeno ranch nacho fries online before we arrived. We got there and checked in.. tell me why we were there for over 20 minutes waiting but everyone who ordered at counter was helped and gone before we got our food… we talked to MOD HUGO and he was full of excuses… finally get to the car to separate the food and we are missing the jalepeno nacho fries, and the regular nacho fries are spilt in the bag with the chips, go in with the bags and tell them and STANLEY who is originally said he was crew and couldn’t help us said we dumped our nacho fries out that they weren’t put in the bag like that. I didn’t care about them dumped in the bag and just wanted my missing items as now we are running behind schedule in our activities.. STANLEY says what do you want fast or correct… as I proceeded to say you are a fast food restaurant, it shouldn’t take over now 30 minutes and it should be correct… and Hugo starts arguing with me for talking to his “crew”. As I tell Hugo- I’m already 30 minutes in, can I get my missing items before I am here another 20-30 minutes. He says well it took that long originally because he made out nacho fries fresh and it takes 3 min to cook…. Ok I don’t care anymore, please give us our order so we can leave…. In all frustration we didn’t realize until we get to our destination that we were missing half our items from our boxes as well….
