The Salvation Army Denver Citadel — Attraction in Denver

They never answer, I’ve been calling since Friday, and I’m assuming they don’t check voicemail because I still have not received a reply. Very unprofessional. I arrived to my appointment as scheduled at 10:45 but due to a long wait time I had to leave and return back to work. I arranged my lunch around this appointment. I then left work early to arrive to a longer time line and longer wait time. I waited in line for 2 hours starting at 4:30 finally at 7:15pm I arrived to the front of the building where a short man, glasses a beard and mustache tell me to come back tomorrow between 11 and 6. I showed up to volunteer for the shift I had signed up for. The staff could not have seemed less happy to see me show up. They didn't give any instruction on what needed to be done, and seemed mad that I showed up 5 minutes before my shift started which seems like a normal thing.
