Burger King — Restaurant in Denver

I went to get a cheeseburger and a medium Coke. They have two drive- Through menu screens at this location. The car in front of me ordered so I pulled up and the Associate on the microphone told me to give her a moment so I was patiently waiting for like 15 to 20 minutes before I realize the line next to me was getting taken care of even though they had just pulled up. I spoke in the speaker and no one answered me or gave me any type of service. I pulled up to the window After Another 15 minute wait because of all the people that they took care of before me that weren’t there before me-and they thought that I was somebody else. They finally proceeded to take my order and allowed me to pay. The girl kept telling me to raise my voice. She couldn’t hear me. It was kind of being disrespectful, but I was still being very nice as soon as she handed me my food I went to ask her for some barbecue sauce for my burger and she just shut the window so I waited another five minutes out the window waiting for her to come back eventually had to honk my horn so I could get her attention to get me some barbecue sauce. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King in my entire life and I have done over 5000 DoorDash deliveries 📦 so trust me this experience was horrible. They should’ve gave me the Coke for free. I would’ve paid for the burger as compensation or something to make sure that I was taking care of but this location is garbage. I will never eat here again . Something’s wrong with management or the employees or the work ethic I’m not sure what the problem is, but this place...

From the beginning to the end my experience at thos Burger King location was HORRIBLE. Firstly, the gentleman taking our order didn't know what he was while taking our food order. Another employee took over and corrected the errors made. Secondly, I promise you we waited in drive thru for over 15 plus minutes. If weren't for the 2 vehicles in front of us we would've drove off and went somewhere else. Not to mention, when we finally made it to the window a multitude of things went wrong. The same gentleman that who tried to take our order recieved our money for the first order we made but didn't hand me the food. The driver asked him, "How much is the second order?" He stands there looking clueless as ever saying nothing. Again. another coworker stepped in and saved the day. To find out he NEVER ranged us up for the second order we placed. So he hands is the second order of food but we never received the first order of food we paid for. So again we waited and waited until they got their priorities together. The only reason we didn't curse them out for the horrible service we prayed that the food would make up for it all. Fortunately, for them the food was good and we ate it all up. Shoot we were really hungry. I know one thing thos location is the far worse "Burger King" I been too. I've been to a bunch of different ones and my overall experiences with then were great except for thos "Burger King". Quebec/Colfax burger king get it together because I leave Google reviews...

The Burger King at Colfax and Gilpin is horrible. Save yourself troy me and go to another location. The day manager is so rude. I the person at the register for a soda water. The manager lady was standing behind him by the grill and yelled and me there's water out there. I again asked for a soda water and that would pay for it and she yelled at me St in there's water out there get it yourself. This location does not have soda water at the fountain. So I go back up and tell them this and say can you get me some from the soda nacho e behind the counter and was told no Transfer lady was standing there and slammed a cup on the couch yet and yelled again what's out there us what there is and you can do it yourself. On another occasion, sigh yes I went back, I had a mobile Tuesday free whopper. No d you once you click redeem you only have 15 min. To redeem it. I waited for the guy at the register for a couple minutes and asked for the free sandwich and this same manager lady walks up and says we can't do that we don't have a button for that. I have gotten a T-Mobile whopper here before. I just can't with this location anymore. These aren't the only things either! I've gone here to be told they were out of all side items.
