Non motivating employees when entering restaurant, 2 out 3 12inches the bread was flaky and hard to that you couldn't enjoy with the bread being old. Tried calling and got no answer. Finally when into store next day after work to get the situation addressed, the employee called manager Jane who refuses to refund or remake sandwiches because she's off and truly didn't care by hanging up in my face. Trying informing her I work m-f from 8-5 won't have time to come in with food until day off. I spent 37.00 and gave a 2.00 tip for no great service or good food. Ordered 3 12inch subs without drinks or chip! Just put a ski mask on and rob a customer. Sad a Waste of a Subway! After trying to attempt speaking Jane on phone after being hung up on twice in the same week. I went in on my day off to address the situation. She's instantly became defensive when enter store asking for regional manager information and why she again hangs up on customers. Shes Completing rude yelling and ghettoly unprofessional. Subway corporation should be a Shame having uncivilized people running there store and treating a hard working paying customer in this kind of manner. Something needs to be addressed in that hood those behaviors won't last. She called the cops on me when she explained to the cop her verison, she again had no idea when or why I wasn't satisfied and refused to hear the issues i encountered. Telling him it was ordered online , which wasn't true. My family and I went into the store. She has no customer logic being manager. I get humans need jobs but a better screening by Subway in hiring DOC inmates should have more standards....

After waiting for a very long time (at least 4 employees wandering around, only one making sandwiches,) the incredibly rude woman behind the counter couldn't find the sandwich in the computer. She called someone, and they told her to charge $9.99. I told her it was on the board as $8.59. She said that's what she was told to charge. I told her I wasn't paying more than the price shown. She got incredibly angry and finally input the correct price. I paid and went around the corner to fill up my drink. I hear her yelling something, then she comes around the corner and screams, " I KNOW YOU HEARD ME! YOU NEED TO PAY FOR YOUR DRINK!" I told her it was part of my order, and she said she didn't ring it up. I told her that I would pay for it, but I wanted the combo price. She said there was no way she was going to re-ring my order and I needed to pay $4-something for the drink. I told her this wasn't right and she said she was going to CALL THE POLICE. I told her to call them, that I wasn't going to be overcharged. She then grabbed my drink and threw it in the trash, still yelling. I was stunned. Most of the time itās fine, but more than once an employee has not given me the full amount of meat on their signature wraps. Today I ordered a wrap and noticed the employee only put half of the meat on there. I said āisnāt it a foot longās worth of meatā? He said ānah itās notā. I pointed to the sign and said āthatās what it says thereā. He amended his mistake but then was hostile for the rest of our interaction, constantly repeating āI know what Iām doing here Iāve been working here a whileā. When I paid (and tipped 25% despite the experience) and said āthank you have a good dayā he just said āalrightā and moved to the next customer.
I hate being a āKarenā, but if Iām paying for a full wrap I expect a full wrap and not to be chastised for knowing how much food Iām supposed to get with it. Iāve worked in the service industry so I get that some days suck but Iāve never been passive aggressive to a customer just for asking for the correct product. If anything, I apologize and make it right. Iām not going to go back here if Iām going to be treated...
