Love, love, love this place. We got helped by the owner and he made us feel so welcome and like the most important customers in the shop. He was so patient and took all the time we needed, not just fitting us with boots but explaining everything about what we need to look for in a fit. He then went on to spend a ton of time with us picking out a pair of skis. Explaining all the things we should be thinking about for the particular type of skier we were buying for. Guys. THIS is the level of service you go to a shop for. THIS kind of expertise and help is the reason you don't buy online. This kind of service is rare today. Bob, the owner, is fantastic! I really appreciated his patience, expertise, and willingness to answer all my questions while shopping for ski boots. My last experience at a different shop left me with boots two sizes too big and an extremely low flex, which noticeably affected my skiing. Plus, no one had ever mentioned that my old boots weren’t fully compatible with my bindings—even after visiting three different ski shops for help with staying clipped in. I’m so glad I had a great experience here! I do need to go back for a few adjustments since my big toes were hurting while skiing, but I’ll update my review as I continue working with the Denver Ski Company team.

Super happy with my experience at Denver Ski Company! I just made my second switch from snowboarding to skiing bought a full ski setup (boots, bindings, skis). Matt was awesome and helped me through the whole process. He made sure I got everything I needed and helped me get a great end of season deal.

My boyfriend got fitted for new boots too and Steven was super helpful with that and also when I came back to pick up my gear.

The whole team is great and the shop still has that small-town ski vibe that I’ve missed. It’s the same owner as Ski Barn in Durango, which was my go-to shop during my college years, so I was really excited to find a place in Denver that feels the same.
