COCO & CREPES Bistro — Restaurant in Denver

I've gone to Crepes a GO-GO several times and the crepes are always excellent. I'm partial to savory crepes, so I usually go with The SMC (Sausage and Wild Mushroom) or The CDJ (Trust the Chef). Serge (the owner and chef) and the other chef who works at Crepes a GO-GO are both excellent. I've talked to Serge and his wife while walking my dog and they're always really friendly and interested in how I'm doing, even if I don't buy a crepe. Serge is a big soccer fan and aerospace nerd, so I'm always happy to talk to him while he's working...

We tried to come twice on Sunday mornings at 11am, when they open. The first Sunday we came and waited; no one ever showed up to open the kiosk.

The second attempt on a Sunday morning, we came again at 11. No one was at the kiosk. We decided to wait and see if they if they were running late. At 11:15 someone finally showed up, but told us they were going to the grocery store and would be back later.
