Watch out for food poisoning - lunch meat touched egg and then was put back into the bins when order was not being made correctly. New employees not being trained correctly and loud inappropriate music being played

Entered the store and found the employee listening to inappropriate music from her phone at a loud volume and playing through the stores loudspeakers. So loud that I could not hear and had to raise my voice to order

As she took my order I pointed out she was giving me half the egg that normally comes on the sandwich. She informed me that I was wrong this is how they always do it and I don’t know what I am talking about. When I said I would go elsewhere since she wouldn’t budge and was being rude.

She took the ham that has now touched egg and put it back with the other meat, she did the same with the cheese and then put the bread back. All of these things will potentially lead to food poisoning and she didn’t even seem to care

Today my visit Subway went well. Now, I know it's just a "sandwich", but truthfully, the people who work there can influence the dining experience. Anywho, the customer service was spot on. The food was fresh- warm bread, melted cheese, oregano and fresh crunchy veggies. The cookies, oatmeal raisin, were so warm and gooey. The store was clean and well stocked. The prices are fairly low especially when ordering a veggie sandwich. Upon leaving Subway, the young man working, actually stopped us, asked if we were satisfied with today's service and thanked us for coming to the store for lunch. Who does that in today's world? He did😊. I definitely appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness. I will absolutely return there and hopefully get another chance to say hello and enjoy a great meal. To be fully transparent, all three of the employees were friendly, considerate, courteous, and were genuinely happy people.

I wanted to try this Subway because it’s on my way home from work and out of all the Subways on my route, it had the best reviews. There is a parking lot (big deal in Denver). Restaurant was clean, plenty of seating inside. The sandwich was only okay. The veggies seemed on the “old” side and not that fresh, like almost ready to be tossed. Otherwise the meat, condiments and bread were good. I know it’s hard to get workers, but the one guy working alone was not that friendly, borderline rude. He seemed impatient for me to place my order, was kinda rough around the edges on personality, not very talkative, didn’t care about customer service and I was the only person in the store. Maybe he’s a hard worker, but he didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Kinda seemed like he wanted me to hurry up with my one sandwich order so he could go back to whatever...
