This is dumb to complain about, I know, but what went down really bugged me. The kid acted like he had never heard of a cake donut before.
Asked the girl at the drive thru for a sprinkled cake donut and was handed a jelly or custard filled of some nature by a different employee. When we returned it immediately at the drive thru before receiving our drinks, the kid working the window seemed to be very confused. I said that it was wrong and asked if he could give me a sprinkled cake donut of any kind. He comes back with a normal donut, not cake, with sprinkles this time. So I then I say no, can I have a cake donut. Oh we’re out of sprinkled cake. You’d think he coulda led with that instead of trying to hand me a regular donut without saying a word about not having cake. So I say do you have any cake donuts? Like a plain chocolate or something? I’ll just take any cake donut. He Leaves, comes back and proceeds to get frustrated with me and says they don’t have chocolate cake donuts, so I say again just any cake donut will be fine. Finaaalllly after a few minutes he comes back with a plain jane cake donut. He then asked me to remind him what size my coffee was even though he had already charged me. Well my friend, what did you charge me for? My wife and I had a good laugh about this all the way home. All I wanted and asked for was any cake donut and it became an unnecessarily awkward/difficult situation, not sure where the...
Read moreI have to say I’m very displeased with this location. I ordered my items from the drive thru, a sandwich with a hot tea with cream and sugar. I opened my tea to stir as I normally do, and the milk was clumped it’s as if it were rotten...I’ve bought the same drink over the last 10 years pretty consistent and never noticed this. I parked, went inside the store to which I waited for someone to come to the front and was never acknowledged. One of the women finally came over and didn’t ask me what I needed, didn’t greet me. So I opened the conversation, “Hi, I just ordered this from the drive thru and noticed the milk is clumping terribly..maybe it could be rotten.” I opened the lid and her reply was, “Oh.” Then walked away. At that point I thought to myself...no apologies, no acknowledgement of a mistake. That’s a no,no in customer service. After 10 minutes of waiting total. She walked back to help the gentleman behind me in line, who may I mention were standing there just as long as me and stated, “What’s happening, I haven’t even ordered coffee.” The cashier then stated oh your tea has been sitting over there. To which I replied, “Well that would’ve been nice to know.” If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible service, just TERRIBLE. Now my sandwich is cold. Looks like I have to go to somewhere...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this place because it really depends on what time of day he visit here that's going to determine your customer experience. The crew that works the morning is questionable. Many times they have made my drinks wrong, and when I take it back to ask them to either fix it or remake it a couple of workers have snapped an attitude with me. One morning, I ordered ahead of time but when I tried to open the doors to get my drinks they were locked. I started pounding on the door to finally get one of the workers attention, he pointed at the drinks on the counter and asked if they were mine and I said yes, then he came out handing me my drinks without saying a word and then locked the door again. He was very rude!
On the other hand, if you visit here in the afternoon there's one particular female worker that is so very sweet. She has the prettiest smile, asked me how I'm doing while I'm waiting for my drinks to be made, it makes me feel good about myself. One time while handing my drink the lid came off in a little bit spilled on my hand and she couldn't stop apologizing. I actually felt bad and told her that it's okay. Two different shifts, two complete opposite spectrums of...
