I went to the center specifically to play pickle ball. There is open indoor play 5 days a week. Monday and Friday are for intermediate players to advanced whereas Tuesday's and Thursday's are for beginners to intermediate. Wednesday has a picklebow 101. Check with the center to make sure of specific hours. The people are friendly and I enjoyed good matches. The only issue was back wall to baseline was maybe 3 feet necessitating care in serving. Read moreThis is a decent park. There are some small baseball fields, and plenty of room for soccer or lacrosse which are regularly practiced here. There's a small playground along the canal path. To the west of the Rec Center there is a pretty flower garden and finally 3-4 tennis courts. The far eastern part of the park has some nice shady picnic spots.

Read moreAlthough this park seems to be nestled and somewhat hidden in a neighborhood, I was surprised to see how busy it got very quickly in the morning and stayed that way for most of the day. I guess good things can't be kept secret forever, and this is definitely a good Park! This place has a large flower garden, two tennis courts, a rec center, and large grassy areas to play with the dogs, there's definitely goes on my list of some of the best parks around town!
