Let's all be honest, there's pizza, then there's PIZZA. This is absolutely the latter. The devil is in the details and Enzo's has the details DOWN. The pizza's are made with absolutely fresh ingredients right there in front of you, the dough is HANDS-DOWN the best pizza dough I've had in my entire life, including pizza's from NY and Italy. Still absolutely the best pizza I've had in my lifetime. The atmosphere is cozy and traditional, the owner is beyond friendly and happy to see you come through the door. Tried Enzoâs for the first time tonight, and it was a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the pizza chef (also happens to be the owner) with a big smile and a warm welcome. He personally walked us through the menu, and we settled on the Pig and Cow. Itâs a generously topped, traditional Italian pizza featuring prosciutto, burrata that melts in your mouth, arugula so fresh it tastes like it was picked from a garden out back, and dough that might be the best tasting in Denver. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
