I had the pleasure of having 4 of Manuel's tacos a few days ago consisting of, 2 tripas, 1 lengua, and 1 pastor. The tripa was tender and juicy inside with a nice crispy exterior, in places, that gave a nice textural feel to the meat. The lengua was tender as well and seasoned appropriately for a braised meat. The pastor had all the usual accompaniments, pineapple, cilantro, onion and had the taste and feel of one made on a trompo (vertical spit). I had a green salsa which was flavorful, with sufficient spiciness, but wasn't super-hot. The tortillas were tasty and prepared properly. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. I will without a doubt be visiting this establishment regularly...

I like that the ingredients are chopped into smaller pieces instead of huge chunks as with many other breakfast burritos I've tried. Ingredients are well balanced.
