McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

This review is in response to TC Rodriguez's review...I beg to differ with you--reviews are written--not because we are cowards...but because after approaching staff personally on three different occasions--and being reassured that they would 'get it right' next time...nothing has changed. Reviews are written to let the public know if this restaurant is upholding the standard of good food, good service and such, that they are known for. This one does NOT! I come through the drive thru every morning (early) on my way to work--I get the same thing...and EVERY TIME...something is wrong. When I order a BLACK coffee, with 3 creamers on the side---DO NOT PUT CREAMER IN MY COFFEE FOR ME!! You do not know how I drink my coffee---why are you assuming that creamer in the coffee is the same as having little creamers on the side? I came by for lunch, and yes, I am patient...I know this double drive through gets hectic---but when my order is stone cold---and looks like it had been sitting forever on a rack...something is wrong here. No, Mr. Rodriguez---we are not cowards, and reviews are written to appraise the restaurant of its deficits, so they can be corrected. I notice that NONE of these reviews are ever answered by management or staff--meaning that if they read them---they just do not care about what is being said. Indifference is NOT a good sign of caring management. People---go to another McD's---this one is managed and or staffed by a staff who have not been trained in their job, or cannot follow simple instructions/requests. I even speak fluent Spanish, by the way---and because this place has a higher Hispanic staff than most---I even tell them in Spanish---STILL--poor service, poor customer service, poor food. Do not spend your money here. (And I HAVE worked the restaurant industry...Burger King (1990's), IHOP as a cook (2002-2005) and I have been a waitress more times than I can count. One of the worst McDonald experiences I’ve ever had. Matter of fact one of the worst experiences I’ve had in fast food history. Got to the McDonald around 10:25 only about 3-5 cars in line got through ordered a $16 meal; a cheeseburger meal plain and a mcspicy meal. Paid the $16 and weirdly noticed there were about 3 cars all waiting in the parking lot for the food. After I got my drinks at the second window I was told to go park as well and wait for my food, with no receipt given to me by the cashier. Parked at about 10:35. 2 others cars parked besides me after I had ordered and somehow got their food before us ? 10 minutes go by it’s 10:45 and I’m approached and told “hey is this your order?” I told them my order verbally and was told “just take this food and we’ll refund you.” ? I was super confused and didn’t even get anything in the order remotely close to mine. I refused and wanted my own order and explained we had already been waiting for about 15 minutes along with everyone else. Had a back and forth with 2 other employees until I finally just gave up, asked for a refund, and left wasting 30 minutes at 11pm with no food. Drove to Burger King after and did not disappoint! Don’t come here WORST FRANCHISE IN THE HISTORY OF FAST FOOD....

I never write reviews on anything... But this experience was horrible.. On 12/05 I went to this drive through around midnight. It took forever!! I am a waiter, and also have worked several restaurants before, so understand being short staffed, but they didn't even offer anything for my wait. My fries were cold the burgers I ordered were wrong, so I called and nicely just said "I understand being short staffed, but the only reason I come to McDonald's is the fries so I would like my fries replaced" they informed me they would put me in their book and all I would have to do is tell them my name, I did not receive a receipt and didn't realize till three miles later and when I was already trying to enjoy my food. So I didn't think much of it. Ok I'm in the book . Nope returned two nights later after work at 10:45 only to be told I'm not in the book and there is nothing they can do. Very rude and shut the window in my face. I wasted a drive when all I was looking for is fries being very understanding and cooperative of their situation but receiving none of this in return. Only rudeness and a wasted trip. This is why I quit going...
