McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

Well I never do reviews but this morning took the cake for me!

I go to this McDonalds drive thru every day and order the same thing. 1 Sausage "Egg" McMuffin, SEM. Yesterday they gave me another Sausage McMuffin w/o the Egg! Which btw costs over $2.50 more then a Sausage McMuffin. This is the 3rd time in a month! So today I go by and request to get the SEM I paid for yesterday. Wow, you woulda thought I asked for all the money in the drawer. No way was the manager, who couldn't even understand English, was going to make it right for me. Constantly shaking her head no, Then asked me if I had my receipt which I didn't. I explained that my receipt would only show I paid for a SEM and not what they gave me. I could show you my bank statement! She didn't get that at all! I tried to explain that I go there everyday. I Drive a nice car and why would I be trying to extort them of one SEM! So now I'll be stopping at the McD near my home instead of this one. They lose $20 dollars a week from me... Almost $100 a month! Went today at 940pm 6.26.24. I waiting in drive thru for 5 min before getting help the people in front ended up leaving they waited so long they been there before I even arrived I'm guessing employees wanted us to leave because they definitely didn't want to take orders. I order online so when I go it's simple give code pull up. I got only 2 mcflurrys both manager and worker were rude both female. So I got my ice cream and asked if they could use the machine to mix the Oreo n ice cream they just put the Oreo on top and didn't mix. She was like no we don't do that. If I wanted just Ice cream with cookies on top I could of got a sundae. Worker don't even want to do the bare minimum like taking your order them won't even do their job correctly like stirring the daym ice cream which is part of the mcflurrys. I can't wait till all the employees are gone and it's all computer and kiosk that way the food will be made correctly and don't have to deal with raggedy attitude all the time. Pretty soon won't even be employees it will be robots...

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. So I went of 8/24/16 around 10:40pm. It took me 20 minutes to be able to even place my order. Instead of the normal greeting I usually get when I go to other McDonald's, I got "Go 'head witcho order." I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and a large fry, simple. There was another 20 minute wait to get to the window to pay. The car ahead of me was tired of waiting so long that he pulled off. When I finally got to the window, I sat there for another 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. As soon as I got to the window to pay, I heard some girl in the background yell "tell her we aint got no pineapple, we only got the strawberry." I would have never wasted my time waiting in that line for them not to have what I ordered. On top of that, the fries I got were hard and cold, like they had been sitting out for hours.
