McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

The graveyard shift is HORRIBLE !!!! I flew in about 12am and i had a 10hr layover. McDonalds was the only thing open. There were 3 ladies working. One making the food, one cashier, and the other just pouring drinks like thats all she knew how to do. It took 20 minutes to take my order and 30 minutes to prepare my meal. The girl that was pouring drinks would have been a BIG help if she would just bag up the foods except for having everyones order backedup. All she did was stood around the drinks area like thats all she knew how to do. After 30 minutes, i finally recieved my food and my burger was cold, fries were stale, and i didnt know which drink was mines because there were so many other thinks that didnt have a reciept to go with which order. I asked for them to make mines again and fresh this time. Took them 25 minutes to prepare my food and i got it cold again!!! Dont eat while graveyard i working AT YOUR OWN RISK. That night, there were about 5 other angry customers that had ordered before me. Not to mention the mess outside of the fast food. SMH .. just straight...

Even tho the app said that the deals worked at location, the rude employee said it did not. And he seemed like he didn't want to be a work. Such a bad attitude. Also tried to give me a small when I clearly said large meal, the wife's spicy deluxe chicken sandwich also tasted like hot garbage. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Only wanted it cause of the deal the app said I would of saved 3 dollars. No way 2 meals should be over 25 dollars. Could of went to any other place and had much better service ans food for the same price. What a total rip off. Hope mngt reaches out. I'll keep yall updated. Been over a week and heard nothing. This place is a joke please take your money elsewhere. You would get much better food anywhere else in the airport, I would only say stop here if ur running short on time, but personally I would rather starve on a plane then...

No burger patty in my cheeseburger!!?? Stopped for plane change in Denver and went to the C terminal McDonalds for a quick bite to eat. I expected expensive, poor quality McDonalds vs. your everyday McDonalds. I was correct in this assumption. I was, however, a bit surprised at how fast the food came out for how busy it was. 1 star for that.... UNTIL I got to my gate a 15 minute walk down the way and found my cheeseburgers were just grilled cheese....NO MEAT PATTY!!?? Tried to call but no number listed for this location and not enough time to walk back. Super sized disappointment McDonalds. This is a shame. I can overlook long waits, lesser than usual quality, but to send food out without meat in an environment where the customer can't seek retribution is...
